Not riding related in my case – sharp impact into the joint from the stair post, both times!!!!!

Had it twice and its no fun.

Physio worked the first time after about 3 months – apparently considered as quite quick.
Second time went the whole hog, physio, laser and acupuncture. much better and sorted in about 6 weeks.

Just saw a 1TB external HD in Staples for £70. Not the prettiest thing, but very cheap.

Helvellyn is OK, as is Skiddaw and High Street. Not sure which of the other peaks are accessible. Unfortunately, the ‘best’ route is often not the one that bikes are allowed on.

I quite like the obscurity of the generated one. Because I am not tempted to use it elsewhere, I feel safer in case its compromised ;-)
