Check hope street hotel, they should be able to store a bike based on the musical equipment we have stored when using for work. Plus a v nice hotel.

In your position i would go pilot sports all day long,

Ive been threw a lot of RFTs & have switched back & forth between RFT & Non RFT in this time.

My experience is Goodyears A1s are the best value for money RFT & the can be repaired if its in the tread & they haven’t been driven at low pressure.

I did find the ride slightly better when i switched to Non RFT, but I’ve also found RFT have improved a lot of the last 10 years.

Circumstances would dictate from me, are you high mileage? often far from home? do you have good roadside cover? do you have a problem with the ride of the current set up?

last time i needed a set i stuck to RFT for the convenience of the above.

I have an XL Soda Max currently running 120mm Yari & Nukeproof Horizon Bars with 38mm Rise, x1 10mm spacer under the 35mm Cotic Stem, Travel has been plenty, but I’m about to change to 140mm to get that little extra height at front end., Can report back in a couple of weeks!

Peoples thoughts on these being an upgrade in a pike?

Having ridden both a Segment & a Stage 4, all I can say is get a stage 4, its just that bit better in every way!

You might want to take a look at just little artists actually earn from streaming services before committing to it. They are ripping off artists to an extraordinary degree, one well-known artist worked out that 55 million streams of his best known song earned him less than $2000. It’s immoral and as someone who really loves music I refuse to get involved with a system that doesn’t pay anywhere close to a living wage.

Of course, if you’re fine with basically stealing artists work, knock yourself out.

Im not sure how current that is but 55m stream will generate a lot more than $2000 Revenue, a crazy amount more.

There’s an awful lot of variables & it was undoubtably different in previous years, but its no longer quite as bad as that suggests.

Recently moved from Liverpool to Bolton, commute has gone from walk & 20 mins train to 1 hour plus drive each way, cost is anout £3/4000 a year increase but the real cost is in my time! Be sure you want to sacrafice that time!!
