Also I was rather disappointed by the bike copper in the incident with the cyclist banging on the red cab. A whistle would make somebody realise they were driving too close? I get that he was mainly defusing the situation, but seemed all to willing to pass a bit of blame onto the cyclist, and completely failed to point out to the cabbie that if the cyclist could touch his cab then he was driving too close.

As well as keeping my eyes open for a secondhand Soul, I thought I’d look out for a Genesis 853 frame (or a Sanderson Life). I know its (possibly) not as good as a Soul (although I’ll remain optimistic on that one as at least some of you think it is) but if its 80% as good for a lot less money then I’d be happy

one could argue the VFM factor makes it a better frame… you can get a brand new one for £320!

You can’t take away from his achievements last season, brilliantly done, Chelsea were at a real low, he galvanised the squad, got them playing as a unit, determination, resilience etc! But look at the way the won against Barcelona & Munich, your unlikely to win another champions league from start to finish playing the way they did, so when your have to start playing expansive football, your set up & tactics become more prevelent, suddenly a massive question mark over Di Matteo then…

To counter that, everyone I know who graduated with an engineering degree is either employed and earning very good money or made a decison after being made redundant to go traveling instead and hasn’t come back! One guy in my class got lucky and is is practicaly semi-retired at 27 living in Cornwall and doing consulting work and surfing in aproximately equal measure!

But then ‘editorial’ sounds like media studies to me.

So your friends did worthwhile degrees & not Dog grooming & flower arranging so they could go on the piss for 3/4 years…

being from Crosby myself i can confirm as above, there is nothing. for a quick fix, Llandegla can be done in 1 hour’s drive, Rivi 45-50 mins, anything else worth travelling too over those is further still.

I would do LLandegla or a road ride if I were you, but the road rides out of crosby arnt great either tbh

Audi lost most of their credibility when Lady Di drove one.
Any remaining vestige of automotive respectability was lost when they modified and ruined the original, beautiful TT because people who couldn’t drive kept crashing them.
