You have made this comment in relation to some missing dropouts, whilst not ideal for the guy above buying the frame I think its good of Brant to front out these things. Running a business isn’t easy you know, mistakes like missing dropouts happen & they happen to the best of people at the best of companies, never mind to us mere mortals! its just one of those things, if its fixed up quick & easy then its not that big of a deal.

Obviously the OP’s original post is a bit more concerning but jumping to conclusions often isn’t wise, lets see the outcome, crossed wires just as likely as foul play.

Also have both flux & spoon, flux my choice as it has slightly softer foam 8)

A fan is probably a bit strong but I was well into my hard house back in the day & of course in the 90’s we all loved a bit of Stu Allen on Key103 :)

Not all cars or vans are made equal…..

You could as easy buy or lease a lemon jn any brand….. But at least a lease gives you an easy exit strategy.

I was joking, but surely just selling a van is an easy way out also?

My dad had a brand spankers van on a lease….

This thing had more electrical gremlins that god knows what , was a relief to hand the keys back.

After 2 years It did this thing where you would turn the key and “nothing”

Push it slightly and bump it a little and it would start fine sounded like starter solenoid fecked- but no….garage replaced heaps of the componants in that area inc clutch , flywheel, starter and alternator before declaring it wiring and it would need to go to vehicle electrician. Lease co got that back sharpish.

So basically dont lease or buy a craply made van :)

I actually have a camelbak myself & the bladder has recently started leaking, Ive been eyeing a new Ofsprey Raptor as a riding friend recommends his!

I’ve had my fingers burnt lending people stuff (Mainly Money) several times recently. it really pisses me off to be honest that you are willing to help people out & they will take the piss! :evil:

Few years back a friend was skint. I lent him £2000 on 2-3 months pay back basis & was cool for it to take a couple more if im honest. It took him 38 months because he kept prioritising his holidays, nights out etc over paying me back. Anyway i got it all in the end but i suspect that is only because we lived together & he had no choice.

Made the mistake of lending another friend £400 for 10 days 3 months ago & there is no sign of it coming anytime soon.

I’ve now desided I’m only going to lend people stuff if im prepared to never get it back…

it really is Newcastle all over again.

Newcastle had a 10-point lead at Christmas, Liverpool are/were in the mix towards the end of the season, nowhere near the same. abysmal shout.

I’m sure they will have plenty of day trips / events and all their electronic toys, much to do about nothing that article!
