At the Ulva ferry is also good. Ulva is worth a visit – good walks and a nice wee café/pub.

Ardmore point – remote swimming – Sea Eagles if you’re lucky – and Glengorm castle and on to Dervaig makes a nice bike trip.

As mentioned Fionnphort is a lovely spot with Iona a short swim away!!

The fact there is going to be a review says a lot about the problem!!

No team can seriously think the have the “right” to achieve anything – that comes from good selection, appropriate coaching and respect for each other and opposition.

It also helps if the opposition aren’t very good….Aussies and Wales are quite good.

Rockwool in between the studs would also be ok. Cheaper than Kingspan/Celotex/Recticel etc …but not as warm!
