    Not really a mystery.
Just a mix up during packing.

I have been in and out of ST for many years, watched intermittently all the series apart from Enterprise which passed me by for some reason. More of a Star Wars addict when younger. A few months ago I revisited Next Generation. God, that has not aged well. At least Discovery feels modern, and I wait for each new episode. Detractors can watch the older series if they need a Star Trek fix.

Just popped up on my news feed about the kids parents not thinking the top was a problem. He was just modelling clothes.

My mum didn’t get her Christmas card I sent a week and half ago. First class postage as well! Sister did though. Not quite the same I know.

Ok. So all a bit Wild West at moment. Over 1300 cryptocurrentcies listed on Mudsharks link. Guess a bunch will crash and burn and we left with something more stable, not just a massive speculation. Still don’t get bits, will have to watch the documentaries on it.

Ok. So there is a finite amount of the currency on the internet, somewhere. But where does that come from. Can I just invent my own and put 10 trillion there? What is it backed by? I get that central banks do this, but they are backing it, and a stable country most likely gonna be around for a long time.

Get it on diamonds and gold, but l can hold that in my hand. This is a much more trust thing that it really is there, somewhere.

Also, seems daft that there are several versions invented by speculators. A one world currency for trade would be good, but this is very volatile and, as it stands, like a pyramid scheme, where everyone buying is relying on the next wave of people buying it from them for more.

What does it mean to mine cryptocurrentcy? What is actually produced that has a value? If you are mining for copper, you do actual work and hopefully end up with a commodity that has a value because it is needed. How does this translate to cryptocurrentcy? Don’t get it, sounds like pie in the sky balderdash, and it only has a value cos all involved say’s it does. Can anyone explain?

Back. Slightly sugar shocked. We- us lot and another family – hit up one of the local streets that are all in competition with each other, and they get better each year. Loads of people out, seems more than last year.
Scottish people – looked up guising. Didn’t know it was a thing. So you gave it to the Americans and they gave it to the English? Long way round.

We used to go out and just leave a bowl of sweets for any visitors. Last year the first batch of kids stole the lot! Little t***TS.

Yes, my boy is apparently going as a scooterer. Meaning just riding his scooter around eating sweets.

Does that not just record what you do? Bit lazy and easier to follow a program, for me.

Didn’t read everything, but the point being brought up about embarrassed about brexit seems ludicrous. Was in Spain and France for several weeks. Interacted with the locals, and various other nationalities. Issue never came up, never had any negative flow from people and as far as I can tell, not even an issue for anyone. Really not a thing.

Yes. Basically £500 for the VW one. I know what you mean on the North shore racks. They have the angled front wheel brackets. Maybe I should weld one up. Steel or ally tubing you think?

@wobliscott. Not like this. No front wheels, mounted through fork axle. Wouldn’t stick out as far. Benefits over the tow bar mounted one I already have – could be left on, the side by side mounting of bikes on the horizontal they are too close and trying to fit 4 bikes, always a nightmare, scratches etc. Unless you have 4 skinny road bikes they take too long to mount and are generally bullshit. Including the genuine vw fold down one. Mounted by maxles to an already fitted and not sticky out bike rack – quick, neat, scratch and bullshit free.
