Guilty but still curious. And not Bi curious before anyone starts on that one again. Just happened to comment on that american tranny program and all hell brakes loose.

It already is specific to rear and 29" wheels so its not that.

And no doubt to slow them down even further eh stu.

Both arrows should point up when you stand on the ground near the bike.

And the third one would be considerably lighter without the retard on board ;-)

He crashed hard on the last bouldery track that you took down to main road. Took it like a man still chuckling whilst picking up his helmet peak and untangling his bike. You would have been all smashed to bits not being from oop north mate ;-)

No mention of a specific pot that you only use when tinkering with bikes in the shed though. That’s why this is in the bike forum.(Cough)

    No I hadn’t. Cheers.

Ah cheers. Phew. If I remember correctly my ape grip is equivalent to 18.642496789 newton meters.

Now I’m paranoid that Ive over tightened the top nuts and that they are going to stress fracture due to my ape grip. Will slacken them back off before tomorrows cotswold massive bimble.

Even easier when not on speaking terms with the cow.

When braking hard the spindle flexes towards the bike by what looks like an inch at least. Scary.

    Cheers. Service ? :-)

Ha stoner. Was just looking for the pics of your on one. remembered seeing it on here and wondered what forks you used being a big bloke. Flexi? Just been out to shed to tighten the big nuts. Got about a quarter turn on each but the click keeps clicking. Even clicked as I put torque on the ratchet. Swine. I would say that this is the only problem I’ve had with the four sets of fox’s I use. Never had any of them serviced either.

Oh thanks for that ton. Ive just had a nose job after breaking it yet again. Was out earlier doing stoppies and my 15st didn’t snap em but it’s always on my mind when flying down a local track at cant go any faster speeds.

    Be up for a bimble.

Ive just built up a flimsy, quite light ti 29er for xc. I’m quite heavy and go at stuff like a bull in a china shop and I can feel that its not my bullit or yeti underneath me. You just have to remember what your riding. I’m sure I could break it if I tried. If you want to ride it hard, build it hard or gently does it.

Nearly finished this to keep the tears away for a while. Until I break this one.

Called Tim at sideways. He’s very helpful! I know a guy who builds custom TI exhausts for world rally cars and Dakar bikes so he’s an option if IF say unlucky sunshine. He is however, not Chinese.

    No, new one is a 29er. IF is/was a 26er.

Don’t know if I would want to pester someone after buying a frame from them unless it was a shop. Shit happens I suppose. He’s a nice guy though so maybe I’ll text him for any suggestions.
