Spare mech and hanger, tyres, tubes, seat clamp bolt, brake pads and springs, seat post if using droppy post, loosen brake clamp bolts so they twist if you crash, gear cable, spokes if you have some spares that fit and tools. oh and tea bags.
Interesting GW. Why does height matter concerning bar strength? What difference would it make if I was 5 ft and 15 stone or 6ft and 15 stone to how strong I would need my bars. I would say it’s more down to how much abuse you put your bike through and how much you value your neck.
Tip, use wire brush to clean of mops and do it often. Dont use too much compound.
Edit
That was a bit serious for me. Wear only an apron and wellies whilst polishing.
Better!
SC are stopping production with none on the water due to not being able to produce enough carbon frames and not selling as many nickels and butchers due to blurs nomads etc being more popular.
Only use a lay back if you reduce stem length for handling reasons or you have bought an ill fitting frame (too short in top tube) and you need to increase your seated reach distance.
