My old one up there. How is it psychle? It turns out IF use a composite seat post insert now instead of a plastic one. This is the cause of the cracking. In time the plastic one wears and allows lateral post movement internally. Same thing happened to sofaking of here. Contact IF or Sideways and get the new composite inserts.

Do those trails really call for a full face lid and AM bike? Ride an XC bike and you would save all the pushing up hill and still get to do skids on leaves on the way down. Good little vid though 😉

Why do lady boys always cop for bad press when crap sized wheels are mentioned. One you can't knock untill you've tried, the other is just wrong and you will be humiliated in front of your friends for getting involved with. Constant changes of rubber can also be expensive not to mention the avialiablity of desirable models in the uk..

I think it matters to folk who race. They know what is faster for them for which event but if you are Nick Craig, I will shut up 😉

I ride both but currently feel that a 29er hard tail is all I need. I ride a chameleon when I want to thrash around the woods for an hour or two but only really use the yeti on big rides or weekenders where I may get bored with being bashed about or some times just ride it for a change. It's horses for courses and a long term on going question of which is faster.

I've got a 575 and hardly use it but I don't think I would like to not have it sat there waiting for the weekends away in the lakes, peaks, spain etc.

Yeah, I've got one. It's ok so far. Waited three weeks for delivery and still nothing so I contacted the guy again and had a moan and he sent one out special delivery and it turned up the next day. It looks a weak and spinally clamp but I'm 15st and have used for a while and it hasn't budged. You can sand blast it too to match the satin TI frames. Word of warning though. If it does give way, it's going to core me. The top of the post with the clamp removed looks like it's designed for disembowelment. Will probably buy another one at that price though. Bargaintastic.
