I’ve stoically marched past the mince pies thus far. On my way to the crisps.

    Definitely getting there though

Ultra processed crapalicious, I think you’ll find

Ah youd also need a time machine back to 1968 for that (and ride to carnforth)

Have a crack at something different. I’ll recommend karate, cos it’s what I’ve done. But literally anything, basket weaving, mud wresting, body modification, owt, spice it up a bit!

Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if some of the online activities promoting geoengineering/Chemtrail nonsense ultimately have links to fossil fuel interests or the right wing think tanks and arms length influencers that operate in public realm on behalf of fossil fuels

Err. Yep. That’s exactly how it works. The American right has been doing this for decades, read any James’ elroy novel. Fill credulous ignorant folks heads full of shite and pump them for money/votes

Operation Condor with Chuck Norris(?). Probably best left in the Blockbuster video vault of the damned.

Boring old lunch run yesterday except I did some “sprints”, which were as horrific as they were pathetic. Strength stuff today but as its beautifully sunny will do it in the garden and an evening walk with the boys too. Onwards and upwards!

Give it a day or two then reconfigure your approach to suit, can always catch up later if you really feel that guilty

Another lunch run today, felt a bit meh and was lashing down all morning so had to dig deep into the reserves of canbearsedness but actually stayed dry and even sunny while I was out so will take that.

Work and life knackered me again Friday and Saturday but took the boys swimming today, an hour of being chased and dunked and about 20 or so actual lengths. Run and karate tomorrow.

Simply squirt expanding foam all over your arse then pull the shorts on quickly. Allow to dry.  Et Voila, new chamois.

    Thanks not necessary

There are complex factors at play here so trying the silver bullet approach always leaves some groups excluded

Offer individual consultations, many people haven’t thought all the options through and for those with unavoidable commitments it at least validates them. First people foing school runs etc get them to think about when that wont be an issue e.g. my youngest goes to big school on the bus in Sept so I’m planning to use cycle to work next year to get an e bike an cycle commute 3-5 days a week

Nearly choked tonight, just tired, made the mistake of lying on the bed and nearly never got up again but did manage 1/2 hr of lacklustre bag work intersprsed with a couple of chin sets and lowers. Crap. Will up the intensity a bit tomorrow hopefully.

Panda flour is also amazing stuff as well.

    You heartless bastard!

Would love to reduce sugar intake but Bob keeps getting them big raspberry and white chocolate cookies at work. I both love and hate Bob.

Agree with sgn23, spending 10-12k on an unknown entity to avoid spending 2-3k on a good motor always strikes me as a weird way of going about things.
