been a few times. stayed at the Rocce Azzure on Lipari.
Flew to Catania, coach to Milazzo via Messina (beautiful and
worth a visit too …) then Aliscaf service to the islands.

The “bus” from sicily out was an eye opener – hydrofoils in
rough water aren’t that smooth !!

Volcano and Stromboli are worth a visit as are some of the
smaller boat trips around the islands. Can’t comment on what
it’s like in “high” season as I’ve only ever been Oct/Nov time
    at it was wonderfully relaxing.

If it’s still there … The Chittara Bar on Salita S. Giuseppe
    is “rustically” quaint :)

    just remember to haggle …..

Keos have a raised rib vertically on either side of the cleat
    indicating the center line.
It’s just about level with the forward edge of the rear screw
    holes.

Have a look at the image for the grip cleats

still waiting on a refund that was promised for a freeview aerial
installation that was part of the deal (guy arrives, sucks teeth and
says – 2 man job, you’ll need to rebook and that’ll be £120 on top
of the £60 already paid for the installation) I think my wife said
something like “you can leave now … ” !!!

3 occasions of 2 hours or more talking to “Graham” and “Michael” from
somewhere on the sub-continent. If I could dump them I would. Complete
shower of sh1t3. The only reliable service I have is the landline :(

    btw – what’s the exec’s email address – I may need that :)

BW in Bristol, best cash ever :)
solved a lingering neck/shoulder issue by just looking at me sat on
my bike in his turbo rig – Brilliant. Whilst at it though sorted out
a “non firing glut” and a couple of other muscle related issues.

I did have the fit pretty much dialled in anyway but a small saddle
change up and forward was all that I really needed.

The stretches/exercises advice was more benefit than anything else
though and would recommend it on that alone. Problem with that is
that not all fitters do this side of things. One of BW’s is a sports
    physio :)

just pick your riding buddies and it’s just as
much fun oh and roadies can get just as filthy even
    with guards on !!!!

for fear of being hunted down … get someone to look at your
    “fit”.

most try to emulate the pros with 120mm or more of saddle
to bar drop without the same levels of flexibility.
i may be able to touch my toes but an aliante is perfect and an
arione agony so. .. don’t believe the hype either.

is the current too far back, too high, wrong shape … there are so
many things in a road fit that don’t apply in the muddy world.

+1 the repair kit in the bag and +1 spare tube in the desk drawer. :-)

once setup to do turn by turn (properly) the navigation is as good

Can usually get 8+ out of mine, more if you don’t have it showing

just for info …. flat mount fork can take a post mount caliper – shimano
do a mount adapter for just such an occasion :) (I know – my Mason now
    sports one !!)

rs405 and rs805 are flat mount. If your frame is compatible then they
    should be fine.

rs785 and xt785 are almost identical except the hose enters the
inboard side on the RS785 via a straight connection unlike the
XT which is a banjo on the outside. something to do with heel
    clearance I believe.

bike24 seem to have them in stock.

+1 northwave …. have the yellow commuter ones – Brilliant, but
road cleats do make walking a bit of a p.i.t.a. !!!
