Sealskinz Dragon’s are very warm, too warm by far. So warm that my hands sweat heavily and then when you take the gloves off to pee, the sweat freezes and it’s impossible to warm them up.

Not a new chain but the cassette is a little more used than the chain and chainring. Chain and ring have seen exactly the same use.

I have taken the driveshell out, cleaned and relubed it, that didn’t solve the prob.

I’ve then taken the non-drive and drive side bearings out with the entire ring drive assembly, cleaned it, lubed it and put it all back in and that hasn’t fixed the prob either.

Any help greatly appreciated.

There’s no worry at the mo but I know how hard it is to get our of the habit of eating. She tends to turn to fad diets when wanting to lose weight and I also know this isn’t a great idea for her cos she never keeps it off. In fact puts more on.

There are always excuses for not eating well and the frankly absurd amount of choccy and crisps is only going to take thing’s one way.

What i want to avoid for everybody’s sakes is the creep towards morbid obesity. Her parent are and diabetes is now an issue, one of them can’t get up and down stairs etc etc.

I’m in decent shape, slim build. When I’ve lost then remaining 4 kilos of the 5 that I want to get rid of, I will be skinny.

I’ve tried doing the cooking and only preparing healthy low fat stuff, she complains and takes over after a few weeks.

I’ve suggested that I want to lose weight in the hope that she’ll join in too.

Alas every time I get in her car it is filled with chocolate and crisp packets.

We have a 5 year old, he’s not subtle and repeats everything, what should I say to him that will get the message across without dropping me in it.

I think I’m getting on quite well with the myfitnesspal thingy. It’s linked to my Garmin and it’s really got me thinking about the snacks I ingest.

So far I’m down from 78k to 77.1k if my crap scales are to be believed. Only another 4k’s to go.

The challenge will be keeping up the food diary when I get down to something near my desired weight obviously.

I have now linked Garmin Connect, Strava and Google Fit to it.

I’ve got a wideangle that I got from swinnerton’s in stoke on trent.

It doesn’t get much use but is a nicer ride than the bfe it replaced.

I know I won’t be scammed and the shop have been great and really apologetic.

On reflection I was just being either stroppy, a slapped ass or an attention whore or more likely all of the above.

When It hadn’t appeared in my account well after it should have, I phoned the bank, then PayPal, PayPal told me it had bounced. They were really unprofessional tbh.
