Do you wear a base layer with them?

Recently tried diazepam off a friend to get to get to sleep due to back problems. Thought they were usless, but then I wake up in same position I last remember, holding whatever I was doing the night before. They seem to last 4-6 hours.
They wont suit everyone but when I’m in pain I’ll happily take anything.

Trawsfyndd holiday village has a 22 bed bunk house, fantastic accommodation minimum of 10 people I think. It’s just up the road from cyb.
Right opposite is a nice pub who own a house which sleeps 11. This one is nothing to do with the holiday village so book through the pub.
I’ve stayed at both and will be returning to both. The house with the family and the bunkhouse with the boys.

Most food & drink out there was slightly more than here but not too bad.

About £430 fitted if you only had one window at a time. The price per window would come down by the more you have.
The main thing which bumps up the price of that window is the amount of openers.

Recently started taking my springer on short rides, just the local forest where I usually don’t come across any other people. It is fun trying to catch him but I know he would be apita for other riders as he will beat me up any hill and then come back looking for me. I am trying to keep him just in front of me, but not very succesful yet.
He won’t be coming on group rides or tc rides though even if or when trainned.

I still havnt bought a grinder yet, still buying ground coffee.
Keep getting told to spend as much as you can on one but what kind of money does it really take to get a resonable one. Are we talking £ 50 or £250?

I think the mega pro is fantastic value for money. I walked into lbs to buy one a couple of weeks ago but came out with a transition covert 🙂
I did test ride both and thought the mega came up a bit on the small size compared to other bikes so check size chart if you do go for one and can’t get a demo.

The zesty is a very good bike, I had a 2010 514.
I havnt rode the trek though.

My 6 yr old son is still loving it, won most improved player last year and has his first game of the season Sunday.

I know nothing about shares, but with everyone using the app through phones rather than on a pc it does away with all the adverts so I would imagine fb shares can only go down. the time I see adds on there is while using free games.

Last time that I went, about 2/3 yrs ago the smoking ban ( tobacco ) had just come in. Cigarettes had to be used descrectly but pure was fine 😉

Just bought this one.

I was going to get a large, im 6ft. Tried a m and it felt a bit cramped. My m Lapierre seemed a lot bigger. There’s 33% off now on crc. Brilliant value! I didnt end up buying one, got a good deal on a transition. (size m)

6 month old Springer here. Loads of energy when out, he will chase a ball more times than I will throw it when out in the fields but he goes into lazy mode indoors. Now that he is toilet trained he is our perfect pet. Can’t wait until he’s old enough to come on the trails with me. He came from working parents, pulls like hell on the lead but is great off the lead.
He’s fab with my 2 kids and around other dogs.

Got everything I ordered, crc were spot on. Me on the other hand didn’t perform quite as well.

I’ve kept the 2 pairs of gloves and trousers I don’t need but bought cos they were soo cheap 😉

I heated the arms and bent them around the ears more to hold tighter on my normal glass and also wear oakley crosshair on a rear sunny day.

I made one similar to pic, cut out of an old fr crud catcher and cable tied on. It dug into the carbon causing more harm than good whilst solving a problem that didn’t exist. 🙂

Make sure you leave a pile of gear blocking in his car or bedroom when you have to rush off because of the important phone call your about to get. 🙂

After asking the same question here, buzz the springer is now 6 months.
He’s not on the trails with me yet, but that might be a good thing as I can’t keep up with him on the local fields.

I did the whites up to windy point and came down the sky line trail thurs night and also though it was feeling very worn and over grown, hope it has some maintenance soon it’s one of my favourites.
