    Points and laughs :-)

    Who’s being rude now

I know at least two people who like 650b and one of them would have no idea what chainstay length would be.

Most of the Swedes and ex pats i know go Spinning

We used to ride a bit but as has been said already dont under estimate the cold a puncture or broken chain is a big issue

We did have one occasion where a guy tried to get his dog to attack us while on a xc ski trail as the bike tyres ruin the piste in his opinion

To be fair xc ski for a winter you’ll be a super fit trail god by summer

I will also be doing much the same as the twin towelrailed ego mincers .
I will of course be lurking near the back drinking with typical European style whilst trying not to fall off !

When the water gets in as it will and nature takes it’s course you will need an anti sieze compound.

As ever there are a hundred or more ways to do things just trying to help you with what works on my 4 singulars and a tandem.

Probably best to get the final word from Sam

I favour copper grease never had the ebb come loose

You will know how tight to do the set screws to a good firm nip

As for marking the bb/frame. Don’t

You can just check the chain !

Saw this on another post in classifieds !

“Well its brand new with no marks at all, its basicaly been built, ridden to check the size and then disasembled (?). my personal email is down so i cannot send you a pic just yet but it really would be like a kona pic”

Doesn’t sound too likely does it as email accounts are so hard to get when you have Internet access !!

(Oh and next time check them yourself before you MOT it, then change them yourself, it’s just as easy as MTB brakes!)

Great idea lets have as many people who dont know what there doing fitting there own brakes !!!!!!!!!

As for the squeaking any garage worth its salt won’t hesitate in rechecking them for you just drop it back ,you have paid to have it done profesionaly

If you did them yourself you would have to sort the squeaking out yourself

Fantastic do it all bike great to ride all day on any terrain

I’m of the opinion for what it’s worth that it’s the most versatile mountain kind of bike you can have.

If I only had one bike it’s the one I would choose

    The man himself

    thekingofsweden,

(Swivel front seats – nice – always been tempted to fit those. Can they slide any closer to the front of the van? In the kombi the rear seat is fixed (albeit with decent leg room compared to most cars) and therefore you might end up knocking knees if they go where your picture above shows)

Yeah they slide miles back and even slid toward the rear of the van youll never 'Knock your knees'

It is also a Lwb so theres plenty of room
