Could be that brake fluid is hydroscopic ie

It attracts moisture not air it could be that people have moisture in there fluid possibly causing tiny ice crystals to form

This could possibly block one of the transfer ports in the system causing brake probs

I have never heard of needing special brake fluid for cold weather

Imagine having to take your car in for a fluid change in the winter months or cars and trucks having brake failures due to the wrong type of fluid ?

Bleed brakes new fluid problem solved minus 7 on Monday on the commute no problems

Speaking to a retired rolls stress engineer the other day.
It was definately a rotor failure as he saw one of the islanders on the news carrying a section of it like a trophy.
Apparently it’s the biggest failure you can have and it is impossible to contain although extremly rare thankfully.
This was as it was told to me I have no idea if it’s correct but I trust the guy who told me if I am wrong so be it

Seems the Swift is a firm favourite with the phil’s ebb you can sleep tight with no worries about slipping or creaking.

You also have the added comfort of knowing the main man is always around to help out.

The people I ride with are very friendly.
For example they would never chase down or push past a rider, even one with full suspension just to show off.
But then again being a trail god does take some effort

Taz got the beer and bubbly standing by .
I even have a recepticle for any White fluid overspill, hopefuuly this can be recylced (if stu and ‘T’ don’t get there first)

Just to point out the same group of us managed to guide nearly 300 people around the forest in April and as far as i am aware we didin’t lose anyone that day !

I remember seeing flatfish everytime i saw him he was either crashing,dabbing or walking :lol:
