    Sorry,should point out,infliximab is most common anti-TNF used for Crohn's,the effects and side-effects are similar throughout the group.

    I wouldn't go out with anyone I work with,I'm a nurse,and it gets far too intense,so I see her point,but if she wanted to continue the relationship,she'd be working with him to sort it out.He needs alcohol,meaningless sex and MTFU,and in 6 months he might be readt for a other go.

    Try navel gazing,not competetive,but it will reduce the amount of noise on the forum,doesn't require any special equipment and is environmentally friendly.

    I think the adaptor you need is the round bit just below the actual extractor,pull it,it should come out and fit in the hole to give some thing for the tool to push against.

    Because I hadn't ridden for about 5 years,and I had a stroke and was told to exercise,so I treated myself to a new Remedy,to encourage myself.It's working so far :-)

    The downhill FSA K-force is 690mm,it's the XC that is 660,I've just measured them.

    P.S. If you're determined to do this,I have a couple of half-sheets that I use for knife sharpening,you can have one if you want.

    Mark,although you feel down at the minute,things will improve,the docs will now get a tissue diagnosis of what type of tumour it is,which will let them tailor the treatment more accurately.If it takes anger to get you through this,then stay angry.I think I speak for everybody on here when I say good luck and get well soon,you are an inspiration to those of us with lesser ills.You have the best support in the world with Meg.
