I always find the quickest way to service a Kona frame is to find the nearest skip, insert frame into skip, and run away laughing. If you leave the frame near the top of the skip,it makes it easier for kaesae to find.

You can wi-fi the PC with a dongle that fits in a usb slot,no need to open the case. The Router manufacturer probably does a specific one,but any generic will do,then wire in the X-box.The dongle should only be about £10-12,like this one. http://www.cclonline.com/product-info.asp?product_id=31904&category_id=865&manufacturer_id=0&tid=ew-7711utn

    P.S. I know this works,cos that's how I networked the 2 PCs and Xbox,when son had one.

For the last one,are you anxious when you wake up? What's your caffeine intake like?.Barrymore is crap, nothing to do with his sexuality,I just don't think he's funny.Jordan is a fame-aholic,and deserves everything she gets.Who reads the Sun?,I thought they looked at the pictures.

It can be a bit rough in town Fri and Sat,but Cubley hall does a nice pint and is quieter, getting a big new Tesco soon,Lex's is a good LBS,a couple of good indians, espescially the Cinnamon Spice,Wharncliffe is about 4 miles down the old railway track, enough bridleways etc to construct some trails,Cut Gate close by,the M1 about 6 miles away, and convenient for manchester,Holmfirth etc.I live just down the hill in Silkstone.Probs worth having a full day out there, stopping for a meal and drinks,to get a taste of it.

Hi Mark,I don't sleep much either LOL.Your feelings are not abnormal, but more a sign of you learning to deal with this illness.Your body has been through a lot of extreme changes over the last few months, and it isn't surprising that it is difficult to come to terms with, but you've done very, very well so far.No-one on here will think you are a pussy,we're all still gobsmacked at how well you are doing. You'll have these emotional blips, but stay positive,I think getting back on the bike will help, and we're all rooting for you.

Sorry, should have written predisposition,in the general population there are huge variations in response to alcohol, with varying degrees of liver damage for the same amount of intake.Geneticists and liver specialists feel that there is an inherited tendency towards alcohol dependency and liver damage, the highest incidence being in Japan and SE Asia.I don't think it is a concidence that there are strict social constraints on drinking in Japan.

Spoon, about 20-25% of people in this country have a genetic predisposition towards alcohol abuse and subsequent liver damage.A lot of average drinkers(if you know what that means, cos I don't) are very lucky to avoid serious liver damage.I speak as someone woth 8 years experience nursing people with alcoholic liver failure.
