    Look up lanarkshire mtb club they cycle out of Strathclyde park during the week about 15-20 mins from Shotts know all the local trails great bunch of lads

    Coming round to the road gap jump at Forest Ae their was about 15 downhillers all watching so after clearing it the first time i decided to jazz it up a bit i landed on the fire road snapping my Achilles Tendon and was sick in my helmet because i couldnt get it off in time

    I have suffered for 10 years with depression the docs have been great i don’t think it ever leaves you i find i can feel it coming on and i learn to manage it better.

    We lived right next door to one for 7 years with two young kids with no problems apart from the very occasional hum,when we came to sell it was raised by potenial buyers but only put some people off and we still soled in 4 weeks to another young family

    I tow kiosks and have chains they are awesome never been stuck but practise putting them on as u will end up on the ground trying to join them i can now get mine on in 5 mins each wheel but the first time was nearly an hour no fun in the snow and they are legal here as long as u take them off once the road is clear

    Dales cycles in Glasgow let me take Scott FR10 away for the weekend to try didn’t like it no prob then i bought a Giant Reignx1 off them now looking at a road bike they have offered to give me a Specialized Roubaix away for the day to try i cant see by them

    I have use ride dh on my reignx1 never had problems with them and they have been battered between uplift days,Fort Bill and all the trail centers and i am a heavy guy

    I done it 2 years ago on a entry level spec fsr with 100mm travel apart from brakes overheating on some parys of the black runs it done well bit more travel would have been better

    Snapped my achilles doing the road gap jump at Ae forest last May foot was to far back on the pedal when i landed managed to free wheel back down
