Have a look at 3, their plans automatically include 4G when it rolls out in your area for no extra. Plus their data really is unlimited, they also allow tethering

Kreg owner here too, great advice from project. UKJ as mentioned above make a kit now that looks the same as the Kreg but cheaper. I haven’t played with one though. Axminster for all your wood working needs

Vitrex make a specific removal tool for this and it’s only about 15 quid or so.

Technically it does need to be fitted by a gas safe person. However it’s dead easy of you get the right parts, they just push fit together.

    Get it done

I doubt that very much, B &Q and screwfix are essentially the same company. The tradepoint catalogue is half the screwfix catalogue, same products

They’re all pretty much the same at that price point, premium brand does not mean premium drill. They’re all budget models catering for the diyer.

I’ve got all makita cordless kit now, used to have dewalt. It’s swings and roundabouts, some makita kit better, some dewalt. The major advantage makita have over every other manufacturer out there, bar none, is that their batteries charge in 22 mins, compared to an hour. This means you only need one battery for DIY, plus you could always get an additional one later from axminster. They sell their own copy for 40 quid wire regularly, I’ve got a couple and they’re no different

You need to use a cordless drill regularly otherwise the batteries will die

Absolutely nothing wrong with using bonding downstairs. I wouldn’t use it within 100mm of the floor mind. If you’ve got damp being absorbed by the bonding, the bonding is not the problem

Not even Travis Perkins charge 11 quid for a bag of multi!!!

Quote is very high, but without seeing the job, nobody here can advise otherwise with certainty.

They’re both similar so they’re both either really busy, or don’t really want the job

Pearl jam made a huge fuss over gig ticket prices in the early 90’s. They prevented ticketmaster from seeking their gigs because of the high prices and protested that ticket prices were unfairly high. Went on for a long time

Just do what DD said and you won’t go wrong. You won’t need a big drill, cordless will do fine for two holes

I put 4 Nokian WR-D3’s on or Saab 93 a few weeks ago now4. Probably done about 3-400 miles on them, they still feel a bit squiffy. Went for then as the reviews were excellent

All much of a muchness in my considerable experience. I’ve fitted most kitchens on the market, I always seen to end up back at magnet trade after trying others.

Nespresso, just get the basic espresso model. No need to fork out for the fancy models, mine was 50 quid.

Also have an aeropress, highly recommend those too. It’s just a modern cafetier

I’ve got the big eff off kryptonite locks on my rear and side doors, plus a cat 1 alarm with flashing Led’s everywhere.

I got done least year, punched a tiny hole under the passenger side door lock. They took about 5 grand worth, luckily I was well insured and they paid out. Was a nightmare for a couple of weeks bit got all new gear in the end. Locks and alarm went on immediately after, if you fit them right, they’re not coming off without an angle grinder. Only cost about 30 quid each too
