A recent coppice area that has sprung into life this year. The bluebells were not doing so well, but the extra sunlight has rejuvenated them.

I appreciate the advice and suggestions, thank you.
The Spa Cycles 725 tourer looks ideal, but unfortunately they don’t accept C2W vouchers.

I hadn’t realised that Sonder also did a steel tourer so that might be an option..
But that Ragley at CRC is a bit of a bargain!

Silicone insulated wire is flexible and is usually made up of many very fine strands of copper. This type of wire might cope better with the vibration.

Just completed the Steyning Stinger half marathon – a super hilly, but lovely route! Thanks to @john_l for suggesting this event earlier in this thread.
Time for a relaxing post race beer in the garden 🍻

I find that a bread knife works well, with minimal dust produced. Would using a length of arris rail as a cutting guide help?

Is it possible that the roofing felt is torn? Looks like a tear above the discoloured timber.
Can’t quite see for certain as the photo is small

Would a Hepvo work? I used one for our bath as there wasn’t much space for a “conventional” trap.

Early in my career I worked with a chap who was nearing retirement. The best advice he ever gave me was –
“ Just keep taking the money, nipper”
All these years later, if work is winding me up, I can still hear Bill’s wise words.

A neighbour of mine has fitted a metal garden gate inside as a second layer of defence.
The gate was bought cheaply from gumtree.

A rag on a stick and some degreaser should do it. Any residue wiped off with a damp cloth.

I received a Wiim mini as a replacement for my Yamaha WXAD-10 that would frequently loose contact with the router and/or phone.
Wiim was setup in just a couple of minutes and has had a rock solid connection with network ever since.
My middle aged ears cannot hear any difference between the Yamaha and the Wiim, despite the Yamaha having a “far superior “ Burr-Brown DAC.

Spent all day feeling miserable. By 16:00 my Mrs had had enough and basically told me to go out on my bike and stop grumbling, or she was going to divorce me!
The wind and rain was pretty extreme, especially at the top of the Trundle. The mud was deep and the chalk was lethally slippery, but blimey it was exhilarating to finally get out on the bike!
Gloves aren’t waterproof and this combined with the wind chill has made my hands and fingers go a strange colour

My wife hasn’t divorced me yet

The pressure setting of the reducer may need to be adjusted. There is an Allen screw in the end of the grey plastic cap that can be adjusted to raise/lower the water pressure to the cylinder.
Might only take a quarter turn up or down to make an improvement.

I lost control of my legs yesterday evening, but I think it may have been caused by excessive port consumption 🍷

Seriously OP, go to the doctor and get some tests done!
