Fair dos, ta. I’ve asked the neighbour to get a quote – if it’s not crazy, we might just pony up the cash ourselves rather than make a claim.
Might be worth doing this before contacting the insurance company as I seem to remember reading somewhere that even inquiring about a potential claim can lead to an increase in your premium. Apparently even considering making a claim makes you a higher risk.
A pub car park with some good lighting to change and pack your bike up in.
Then into the pub for a pint and some tucker – the only good reason for going night riding really.
Brilliant shorts – tough & look good. Medium should fit – they come with a infinitely adjustable belt anyway. I’ve got 2 pairs and wouldn’t buy anything else.
Could be allergic reaction to Biological washing powder not completely rinsed out of socks. Try Non Biological powder or use extra rinse cycle, if available, on the washing machine.
You’ll never get rid of the wallpaper glue completely – every time you use a water based paint it’ll get sticky again. You could try an oil based primer but I’d put up lining paper and paint that.
3. Roubaix – might be possible to get a bottom end 2015 SL4 on bike to work if still available, but I’d probably want to get rid of the 9-speed Sora fairly quickly
I’ve just bought a 2015 Roubaix SL4 for £999 – fantastic bike. 9-speed Sora is fine – don’t upgrade just for the sake of it.
Seems that Corbyn managed to forget the words to the National Anthem today
I’m sure he knows the words – that’s why he didn’t sing them. It really should be renamed the Queen’s Anthem as there’s no mention of the British Nation or the British people in it.
You go much faster in a wet suit as you float slightly higher in the water due to it’s buoyancy. Water temp should be OK this time of year (20C) but swimming straight between the buoys takes a bit of practice. See if you can get an open water session in before the race.
Given the noise being made this week by BoE about interest rates going up I’d be surprised if they don’t this time as Mark Carney and BoE will lose all credibility…
There’s an old saying about central bankers:
‘Don’t listen to what they say, watch what they do’
Don’t worry, think of all the inheritance tax due in the near future.
The Monarch doesn’t pay inheritance tax – what a surprise!
Not content with dodging income tax for most of her life – what about some back tax, interest and fines?
The money isn’t going into the Greek economy it goes to the French and German Banks that lent them money in the first place. It’s not so much a Greek bailout but another bank bailout.
Don’t use own brand paint – it’s a false economy – stick with Dulux.
Paint the walls the same colour they are already – you’ll probably get away with one coat. Alternatively consider painting the walls white – no cutting in problems. Invest in a proper step up – better than a wobbly chair. Take your time over it – that way it won’t get on top of you.
If you’re going to convert to sterling find out the exchange rate and fees the you’re going to be charged by the Insurance Company/Bank. Usually specialist International money transfer companies offer much better rates –
I’ve used CaxtonFX & TransferWise in the past: http://www.caxtonfx.com http://www.transferwise.com
I had some formula discs with the same design and it led to uneven pad wear – more in the middle and less on the sides. I ended up getting some Clarks discs instead from CRC – had no problems with them:
