I don’t but that then begs the question how did he avoid getting any of his DNA in the car anywhere else (other than under the bonnet)?

Because he didn’t clean it thoroughly enough – He made a mistake and overlooked something.

How does he spill droplets of his own blood (from the cut on his finger) in the car interior if he’s wearing gloves while he’s moving it?

How do you know he was wearing gloves – maybe he wiped the door handles, steering wheel, etc clean afterwards.

And he’s smart enough to wear gloves while moving the car so as not to get any fingerprints anywhere on it, but dumb enough not to wash it, having….foresically cleaned his entire trailer and garage full of shit.

That’s how they catch murderers – they make a mistake and overlook something.

Why wouldn’t he crush the car? Or use the smelter to dispose of the body? Why would he do such a thing when he had $36million coming to him. Hmmmmmmmm

Because Murderers don’t think like normal people.

I occasionally have migraines but have never determined any cause – food, tiredness or otherwise.

I suspect there’s a lot of confirmation bias going on here – you get a migraine and then look for a cause – coffee, cheese, fatigue, etc. What you forget is all other times you ate that food or where tired and didn’t suffer any ill consequences. I don’t think anyone knows what starts a migraine but I’m rather skeptical about these trigger events.

You can get Netflix free for a month – that’s about all the time you’ll need to blitz watch the good stuff.

Neighbours son has one – it’s very noisy and he parks it 50m up the road – presumably because his parents have banned him from parking it outside the house as it disturbs everybody.

    Muslim and Hindu kids

There is no such thing as Muslim, Hindu or even Christian kids – they’re just kids whose parents are Muslim, Hindu or Christian and are currently been indoctrinated/brain washed into those faiths.

All children are born atheists (a lack of belief in any gods) until the brain washing takes hold.

I’ve used Transferwise to pay for holidays but I’m not sure I’d use it to change £100,000. That’s too much money to loose if Transferwise goes belly up – it’s very unlikely but that’s what the people in Iceland/Cyprus thought. Might be an idea to do it in £20,000 chunks – the charges will be more but at least you can’t lose the whole lot.

You don’t need half the “tog” rating in down that you do in synthetic IME

This doesn’t make sense – the tog rating will determined by a standard test. OK a down duvet maybe thinner than a synthetic one of the same tog rating but their thermal properties should be the same.

BP & Shell currently have dividend yields of over 7% – it’s not guaranteed but that’s a good return on any investment. If the oil price increases then the share price should rise as well.

If there’s a window to open, it’s possible to fit an extractor.

I mean one that sits over the cooker with a fan and lights.

    Helmet ‘saves cyclist’s life’

Looks like the impact was taken by his face not by his helmet – maybe a full face one might have helped.

Condensation – the temperature drops overnight below the dew point and the moisture in the air condenses on the coolest surface – the windows. Seems to occur with mild damp days and cooler nights. Either keep the heating on low overnight or maybe get a dehumidifier.

Nothing to do with Indemnity Insurance but when I closed down my Ltd Company I foolishly left £35 in the company bank account which some how the Inland revenue nicked and I couldn’t get back. Can’t remember the exact details but make sure you empty the bank account before closing down the company.

I took up somebodies suggestion and bought some spices from the Tiny Takeaway company and cooked up a Chicken Madras on Saturday – very tasty. Only trouble is that it’s now Tuesday and the kitchen still smells of curry – any suggestions of how to get rid of the smell without using a tin of air freshner?

First Direct matches all of those

Not it don’t – cut & pasted off their web site:

If after six months you do not pay £1,000 per month into your 1st Account you may have to pay a fee of £10.

I once heard a radio interview with some Chinese doctors in which they were asked why there were still Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing and they said that’s where they sent the hypochondriacs who had nothing wrong with them. It saved the doctors dealing with them and kept the patients happy – homeopathy is our version of Chinese medicine for the worried well.

Forget advisers – educate yourself and manage your own money. No MASSIVE fees to pay and you’ll probably do better than the so called experts anyway.

One of the reasons your pension will be so small is that the so called advisors (salesman) are taking such a large commission. Do your own research, set up a SIPP and manage it yourself – much lower charges and you’ll probably get better returns than the experts anyway.

I used to drive to the Alps on ski trips and found the best option was to set off on Friday morning, cross the channel via the tunnel and drive until early evening. Stay in a nice hotel, enjoy a good meal with some wine and have a good nights sleep. Get up the next day and have a leisurely drive to your destination with plenty of time to settle in and sort your bikes out. Beats arriving shattered after an all night drive – you’ll be so tired you can’t do anything with the extra day anyway.

I listened to a junior doctor (around 30 years old) on the radio this morning complaining he could barely survive on £56k – his wife was also a junior doctor so that makes £112k. Presumably in a few years they’ll both be consultants probably on a combined income of £200k – can’t say I felt much sympathy for him. Even if they’re both working long hours so do lots of people with no prospect of ever earning that sort of money. They should stop moaning and get on with it.

Some swimming goggles fit and some don’t and it’s nothing to do with how much money you spend on them. It depends on the shape or your head and eye sockets – you’ve just got to find the pair that fits you. I’ve got a £25 pair I use for open water swimming but my favourites are a pair of Zoggs Otters that cost £4 at the local pool. See if you can try a few pairs on before buying and you might have a better chance of them not leaking.
