I ordered some very special vietnamese energy gel the other day…apparently they are still making it…two of the little fellas fell off their bikes and hurt their wrists so they have to get someone else to do it for them!!!!

Not had experience of mk2’s but i’ve been using conti mtn king 2.2 supersonics tubeless for 5 years. Had some Speed king supersonic 2.1’s too. Walls are porous to start with but will seal ok. I’m pretty light and tend to skip over stuff rather than plough thru but running at 35psi they have been fine. Riding has been mainly local Yorkshire trails, Peak District and Dalby, ocassional Wales and Scotland. Hope this helps

I’ve been using SDG carbon posts for about 5 years. Had on one my 456ti. No problem and took the buzz out the trail compared to ali one.Not too pricey either

Years ago me and a mate were riding in Wharncliffe at night and were looking for new tracks ( long before there were any established routes). We rode up a small path for about 300 yards which was getting narrower and more overgrown when low down and to our left we heard a deep growling. Never spun a bike round 180 and ridden so fast in my life but what an effing adrenaline rush….reckon it was the black panther that used to stalk round there!!!!

In Gsuperstars defence I’ve got helmet cam and when you watch back what you’ve ridden it doesn’t look half as good.I’ve ridden penmach really going for it and watching it back there is no sense of speed or how steep things are. I find it better to follow someone with the cam,or ride it first then turn round and film your mates all crashing when they show off for camera!

Can’t say i’ve noticed much difference between XTR shadow and non shadow. Setting up was easy enough for both. Advantage of shadow is that you’re less likely to clout it on anything stuck out.

I’m with cougar on this one. Although I would only have to slow down because the recoil from my AK47 is enough to throw me off my bike at anything over 40mph!!!!

I have some pro3's with DT swiss rims and i think they're excellent.Lightweight and they've taken everything i've thrown at them. Penmachno/Dalby/Llandegla plus all the stuff in Yorkshire.I'm too old for 40' jumps but we don't hang about.Hope this helps.
