    Thankyou all.

FunkyD, Spouse has skied many times in Scotland and Alps as he’s very old. Son, 13 has been skiing every year, but one, in Alps since age 5. I’ll grant you Cairngorm is different and queues that are found everywhere, are annoying. They could go to Alps for weekend but Spouse fancies returning to Scotland. But I’ll take your advice.

Straighten your leg then bring your foot/toes up at 90 degs to leg, if it hurts or you can’t do it get help. May be worth phoning the GP’s and get a nurse to have a look tho’.

Menopause. Does that count? 😆 Makes me transiently insane.

Some of you lot are real badly injured, be careful on your bicycles!

You’re slipping, Mastiles, the downhill slope. Last month it was healthy cereals, now its salty crisps and nasty bits of mushy pig (with added salt). Do you know the provenance of the sausage rolls, do you make them from scratch? It’s the only way unless you live in the real world 😉
I’ve 3 kids and rarely make a meal that suits them all, it’s disheartening….

£88 at the last doo. I was speechless but to compensate I won’t let Spouse go to Barbers, he does his own now with clippers.

Contact the Health Visitor and ask to see the Continence Nurse Specialist, every area has one. If yours doesn’t seem too ‘hot’ on kids ask them to find out methods and other people for you to give you specialist advice. Also, the problem often stems from being constipated but without someone taking a close history/diary then this can’t be assumed. Being constipated and not wanting to strain/get rid of poo results in overflow (runny poo) being squeezed out instead. Oh, I’ve just noticed MFL’s post, doh. The current treatment is Lactulose for that. Don’t get stressed out about it, just ensure he eats a good diet, drinks adequately and tries on the Loo after having a meal when the vesico-colic reflex goes into action.

Eeee, the glories of the NCT. We just met up for a weekly coffee! Started the walking thing a little later than that tho’. It’s awkward walking with a baby strapped to your front for that long even if you share the load. Watch your back as you walk at an unnatural angle ime. Use a good pram?

Very interesting discussion. All very one sided tho’. Not wanting sex is a very complex issue, not just physical urges but psychological, chemical and emotional. Respect and enjoyment from sex is so difficult to get right in the long term. Companionship develops so sex becomes less important, just have it with another partner. Relate and those services are useful.
Unlike some of you, I don’t think relationships are based on sex.

Killjoys are working well tonight! 😉

We had a Supertramp, around £600, in 2008 and it’s been so well used but I do have rules (usually ignored). It came with a video and a free class voucher for a British Trampoline Club which was invaluable. It’s stood the test of time, netting still in place and plastic intact.

Don’t forget to factor in worming tablets (lots for husky sized dog) and anti-flea treatment.

Go to farmers suppliers for dog food, cheaper than supermarket, Bakers is really expensive imo, the colours just make you think they are eating meat and 2 veg.

I think most of ’em have tapeworms already, for weight management and squeekiness. Perhaps I should go the worm route………. May make me swifter on me bike too , but prob not.

Interesting scenario, Elfin. However round ‘ere the response would be ‘call the RSPCA and the Mental Health Team’ but I’m holding on to that image… worms may be a safer bet.

Everywhere I go I’m asked by the other Mums, ‘have you got your tickets’, I’d rather eat worms.

Looking slurpy up there, Tracy! Back to the season of bike cleaning.

We were riding in North Yorkshire from Horton-in-Ribb. yesterday, cold and windy on the tops but the egg and chips at Hortons cafe made it all better. Now compiled a shopping list of winter clothing…

Tooth Fairy had a very busy night with all the children’s teeth falling out so it had to be delayed a night. Mine believe it…. only because they get extra dosh.
