I’ve got this problem too on a 2yr old completely new system, been pouring hot water onto waste pipe for over a week now but without much success then someone (electrical trained) suggested it may be the pipe that pulls in the cold air, that the air is so cold that it’s tripping the boiler. I don’t know what to do but my house is getting colder and my underfloor heating isn’t!
What should I do? Spouse has gone climbing and couldn’t give a fig apart from saying lets have another heating system installed! Yes, he’s insane.

Mines doing it too, keep getting error, pour hot water on outside pipe and all’s well. My plumber visited yesterday and said I was the 4th customer that day with same problem. Fortunately mine’s accessible and vertical.
Well, spoke to my biking girlie chum today, lives in disaster area for snow, has plenty, and last Xmas had horrid time with being snow bound. Had snow tyres fixed this Tuesday and is soo happy today, not restricted at all and feeling very confident driving. Fitted on a skoda small car btw.
As we use a shed for our 4 girls and it’s a little draughty then we put in Kingspan type insulation last weekend! But I think they have been a little too cold during the day and freezing their brains as 2 of then instead of going in the shed last night at dusk, were found outside in the dark and cold! They came inside this morning, they approved of the underfloor heating. Still laying an egg each daily 🙂

Had one for around 15yrs, saved a fortune, take 2 paracetamols 30mins before operation, hurts like something that hurts a lot! Don’t know if it’s the present of choice tho’?
TNF here, use as jimbobrighton says, I was toasty this aft in the frozen north, had it 4 yrs ago and no issurs regarding quality, looks and performs as good now as when new. Shop around online tho.
