The Angel at Hetton, near Skipton (don’t know about dogs tho). Pub in Troutbeck, can’t recall name, supposed to be a good hit and allows dogs.

FWIW I’d love one but with 5 of us, 1 dog and 5 bikes its a pipe dream. It’s just not big enough!!

Where to start!! St Ives out of season is wonderful, Mousehole is gorgeous and with fine pub, Porthcurno has dramatic waves, Sennen is a fine walk, Pub at Zennor is the best place ever for food and company………I could go on, and on….. I’m hitched to a Cornishman. Yearning for the summer 😀

They’re great entertainers, I’ve just cleaned my chook shed out. Mine make a beeline for the garage door to see if open then I find them sitting in all sorts of places, bikes, open boxes, cosy holes. When we go away I ask the neighbours in and they get paid in eggs! I let them out in the garden but restrict movement when the garden starts to show life and Spouse built a net pyramid that they scratch the moss out of the lawn under, that obviously gets moved around. They are life enhancing! Enjoy 😀

My rule of thumb was, can I imagine myself married to them? I may have had a great time with them but that was how I riddled the chaff out. Always worked, no regrets. Forgot to apply rule to Spouse tho’ 😉

As others have said, please go to mediation, get the issues out in the open. Illness has profound consequences on relationships and it’d be such a shame if you both went down the wrong path.

Sorry to hear about you other guys too. Lowey, keep focused on your bike or you’ll fall off, again! Take good care guys. I blame the mobile ‘phone.

Well, I’ve listened to the B’fast show this morning for the first time with Zane and it was brilliant. Will be ‘tuning’ in again if he stays onair but not that twonk Moyles. Even my kids avoid Moyles. I’m about 30yrs over the demographic but I’ll get on down wiv the kids on this.

Ours are excellent in the kitchen on a Reko controlling system, only had 2 go out of 13 in 2 1/2yrs. Got them on both bathrooms and lounge too. Did have excellent advice and fitting from Oldfield electrical in Skipton though. Bulbs are cheap to buy at Costco, packs of 12 £4.89 +vat

We and other families that we ski with go with Crystal. The young kids go to a creche morning and/or afternoon sessions then progress to ski school for their age/ability. There is evening entertainment for the kds too. We found the care good, usually students in their gap year. The hotels were good (not luxurious) and ours on the ski slope. Went to Flaine and La Plagne, we had to dip out of the trip to Alp d’Huez but the gang said it was fine.

Some friends used the Outward Bound accomm at Buckden for New Year, slept up to 60 apparently, I’m sure there will be something similar in Wales. I’ve used YHA for party action for weekend too, book the whole place, ideal!

Ok, my take (fwiw) is the hay thief will return and wreak havoc, Helen will go bonkers, and her Dad will too, Kenton will fall into Joleens arms and Cathy will have lost 2 blokes to Joleen and Lizzie will have a cardiac incident. On a lighter note, Harry and Fallon will finally fall for each other but I prefer Rusty’s take on Jazzer.
Then Kate will end up on Mum and Dads doorstep with her other kids having left Husband.

Oh, I can acutely remember those days. It can only get better.
Make sure they are warm (but not too hot), well fed ( mine always fell off the tooter fast asleep) and we always found if they were ‘swaddled’, wrapped up in a blanket with their arms tucked in worked, so their arms weren’t flailing around. With my 3 kids they did spend lots of time inbetween me and spouse in our bed, but, hey, they settled quickly and we rested too. I’m afraid it goes with the territory tho’.
