Didn’t the lynskey ti 456 have a bonded in shim to take it down to 27.2mm ?
If it has could that be removed you should be able to shim the seat tube to 30.9 ?

Campag cassettes have slightly different spacing to shimano. The splines are different aswell, so you’ll need a campag specific free hub body on your wheel set.

Just got around to watching this. I thought it was ok, no idea were some of the comments on here are coming from !! But more to the point Mrs Taxi watched it as well, she’s not a cyclist but gets interested in the TDF most years, especially this year. She liked it as well and was amazed when I told her of the critisim on stw. She wonders what people expect from a main stream program, that caters for all cyclists and those with just a casual interest.
Maybe an in depth study about fully rigid 29er mtb technology.

Reading the Bus drivers explenation of the accident I can see how it could of happened. A terrible tragedy, but it doesn’t mean the driver “has to be at fault “. I’d deff go for a sub 25mins, not unrealistis if you’ve got some bike fitness. My first race was a 10k in 46mins. Did that after 10wks starting from scratch, not being able to run one mile without stopping.

I did it. Not in a hurry to do it again though. Can’t say I realy enjoyed the hours of carrying the bike up the mnts, or riding the completly wrong bike down. Saying that glad I did it and ticked the box. Maybe you’ll be one of those that love it. Only one way to find out.
