Your meal order is taken, “no problem”, why should their be ?
Every five minutes “is everything ok”,I would have told you, if it wasn’t and when you leave “see you later” no you won’t.
    Guesstimate
    bear with me
    Twitter feed
    Re-tweet
    Chillax
“bye bye bye bye etc… instead of one bye bye (usually phone call)
“yeh yeh yeh yeh etc… instead of one yes (in conversation)
    And “ring any bells”

Wednesday,I’m out on a date, whoopee!
Thursday would be good for me and maybe +1 (not the date,by the way) my mate Lee.
If you have already decided on Wednesday that’s ok,next Monday,or is it going to be “The Wednesday/Thursday night pub ride” which would be far better for me as I always go for a big ride on Sundays, but if monday’s it is then Monday’s it is. I’m ok really anyway, just going on a bit…

    Singletrack.
    The Albion is good.
The rest seem to me, to be adverts and promotions.

Not really sure bigjim ,micrograms of ingredients and oxidisation?
By the way, sorry not all the trace elements disapear, a few that are in very very tiny amounts.
I think the info was to me over the phone a while ago from their tech heldesk guy.
    Anyway see – http://www.pharmanord.co.uk/
They seem pretty good and apear (as if by magic) to work for me.

    Thanks wittonweavers,
It’s so comforting to know that someone that you have only met a few week’s ago has shown some care.
    Thank you.
My mum had so many friends and I have just been surrounded by love since her death.
Still I have lost my mum so I am very upset, but being an only child, now also very busy which helps.
What a wonderfull place Singletrackworld is.
    See you Monday.

Mountain king, 2.2, chili, protection front.
Cross king, 2.2, chilli, protection rear.
    what a difference to bontrager.
See Continental web site and check specific part number.
The front for cornering on trails, wet or dusty dry.
The rear for driving on hard ground or mud.
Ardent’s sound good, but haven’t tried them.
    Hope this helps.

Holland & Barrat, isotonic orange or lemon powder drink.
    600ml of water + 1 scoop, 1/2 before and 1/2 after.
works wonders (also use when going to the gym)
    calcium +d,cod liver oil(high strength)and centrum multivit 50+.
    every morning
(a big reduction in iron when you are over 50)
After saying that, when the centrum runs out I am going to use Pharma Nord multivits, which are probably the best in the world
    (web = multivits.co.uk)
they are in blister packs to keep them fresh.
You break the seal on a bottle of multivits and when you get 1/2 way through, all the trace elements, selinium etc… have disapeared into the air, not in blisterpacks.
    Hope this helps.
P.S.as above don’t forget your balanced diet.
