We’ve a JVC camcorder that records onto SDHC cards. Will fit 3.5hrs of DVD quality film onto a 16gb card. Was about £120. Its very light. I reckon you could fashion up a bracket & use the tripod mount underneath. Quite tempted to try mine but the Mrs would kill me.

strutting in to the office looking windswept and interesting, attracting females

I’ve been riding MTB’s since about 1990. When can I expect this to happen ?

I was saying this back in Nov when I got mine.
Hope my rantings helped switch a few people on to this cheap source of decent lights.
I believe all of the P7’s a re currently ‘C’ bin LED’s, & that the ‘D’ bins are not yet available.

Nowt wrong with XT stuff. IMO.
XTR is for bike snobs & show-offs.
I doubt it performs that much better.

We only have basic Virgin TV I’m afraid but have to echo the previous posts & say that the BBC iPlayer is spot, on as is the rest of the catch up TV they offer. We have 10mb Broadband also, & its never let me down in 10 years, same for the phone.

After much deliberation I ordered an XBox360 yesterday, but had to plumb for the “pikey” Arcade version. Had some vouchers from work so cost £100 in the end. Should make me happier for a while.

Just need to sneak the thing into place under the TV while the Mrs is swimming/Mums group lunching with the kids later.!!!

I lashed out £13 to do a tubeless conversion a few weeks ago. That was probably the best £13 I’ve spent in a long time. Should have gone tubeless a long time ago.

No, don’t have one but keep looking at them.
Tried my brother-in-laws on Sat night.
The controls on GTA4 seemed clumsy, but that’s probably because I’m used to my PS2 I guess.
I have some Amazon vouchers so might have to take the plunge & order one tomorrow, or maybe even now while the Mrs dozes on the Sofa…

FFS…3 on your bars. Total overkill, the glare would cancel any gains out.
I use 1 on my helmet & 1 on my bars. Huge amount of light (I reckon about 1300 lumens). They’re spot on but expect a few rich sods to come on here & mock.

Did it years ago. Pain in the arse unless its properly ball-burnished. Dulls too quickly unless lacquered & that takes some of the shine off.

I read that these size up pretty close together & hence someone normally on an 18″ could use a 16″. In that case I reckon you might be ok.

Waterproof seat cover from Aldi so drive home in gear (less boots), then usually strip down to undershorts on the drive.

    Totally fair.
Even the most placid family dog can turn into a sheep killer.

Its the same with horses, stupid chavs find it funny when good ol’ Satan the “Rotty” sends a horse ballistic & its poor rider gets thrown.

    Pressure = Density x Gravity x Height
Your gardens going to look pretty stupid with a 10m tower just to get you 1bar of pressure.

    One of THESE
is what you need, along with an extension lead & RCD adapter.

0.6 litres / second should be good enough to wash a bike.

Definiteley contact Hope, I’ve heard their customer service is brilliant.
Failing that Ebay if off, obviously as non-working, as I reckon someone could lash it into an LED conversion pretty easily & it would make a nice kit.
Put the cash towards a pair of P7’s. I had a Hope HID, great light but the worry of the bulb cost was a big concern; so when my P7 arrived my mind was made up. The P7’s are easily on par with the Hope.

    Hapiness…8/10
    Job…8/10
    Salary…5/10

Happiest times have honestly been when I’ve had the least.
I remember splitting with a partner some years ago. Had to sell everything, & I mean everything, to pay off debts she had run up, & even then had to pay off a huge loan over 2 years. I remember walking in to town one sunny Friday lunchtime after the final payment. I had no car, & I only had a few ££’s to myself but the feeling of being out of debt & about to make a new start was incredible.
I remind myself of that feeling whenever money worries come around.
