The plywood as said by alpine star and then a waterproofing layer like the wickes bitumen sheeting. Just make sure if you insulate it to insulate it all

Seen what the end of a handlebar, including grip, without a spacer will do if you land on it, not recommended.

Seen what the stem can do to your nuts with or without a stem cap?!

It’s a good idea until you crash and bend your bars around and then it works the headset loose when you straighten it up

What Steveh said but as far as new/reconditioned/scrappy it depends on how long you keep the car for

I think France or Ireland will be fighting it out. Would like Wales to be up there but not sure after recent performances. Can’t wait until Friday morning trainride to the ‘diff for the opening match with a load of mates who I’ve not seen in ages – awesome!!

Sounds like a sticky clutch from what you say but the pedal not returning sounds more like a problem I had with my old 306-sticky cable and worn spring

Got my mortgage which I think is going down credit card but that’s got a grand that is going a little quicker and then that ‘interest free’ student loan

My ex boss has been done over 6 times in the past 2 years for about 5k. He’s changed cards several times, had his spyware etc changed twice and is still getting done very now and again. The only connection is Tesco.

we had to brush our collies [one was a whippet cross and he wasn’t as bad] every other day and hoover every day. Diet didn’t change a thing and washing them… well we only did it every now and again at home otherwise the bathroom looked a mess. I think most collies have this issue though.

Wish I could shave my white cat though… tried hoovering it the other day while it was sleeping got the hose near it and it climbed up the curtain in flash… had a row for that.

In my downhilling days we used to take a crate on the odd occasion – do some building – drinking – riding – water the trees. Too old for all that shenanigans now 🙄 I like a pint in a pub if the opportunity arises.

Wasn’t there a horror story onthe news last year about someone getting a water meter installed and the first month costing a grand due to a leak on the wrong side of the meter and the water authrotiy still charged the householder.

I have a two bed in Havant and pay the same as allthepies but in Plymouth I was glad to have a meter otherwise I was looking at bills similar to firestarter.

Just dance is tiring, jut dance 2 is a killer! I used to use wii fit but it’s not great. Yoga ok, balance games are a bit of fun more than fitness, muscle workout is also hard work and is ok for toning. Can’t remember fourth section. If you don’t have a balance board I would get JD 1&2 and save some money.

Sorry to hear your news. All chemotherapy treatment is different but it’s come a long way over the years and not all treatments are as harsh as they were known to have been years ago. Your consultant should be able to help you, you should also be introduced to a nhs liason – not sure if shrink is the right term but mine was very helpful. look at site like cancerresearch etc to get a good understanding of what it’s about and what to expect. Should help you when it comes to asking question about operation and treatment and what to expect in the coming years.

I wish your mum the best of luck

It’s 99 with that mileage and mot and tax due. The price reflects that and a quick sale but doesn’t necessarily mean there’s anything wrong with it. Volvo’s are real mechanics cars and can go forever if looked after. There is a way of checking out the previous advisories from an mot, can’t remember if you need more than just the rag plate though

Same as gonetothehills, I used the wii version and noticed a difference in a short space of time. The wii is hard/boring to keep up after a while so classes would probably be better

What saddles are you guys using at the moment that are really comfortable? May get rid of my 4 yr old alias if I can be convinced on another as my set up seems pretty conventional and slight tweaks haven’t made any difference

There was a similar topic a few months ago will see if I can find it. Someone suggested one company that was really competitive.

Call go duty black ops is good but for half the price you can get world at war which is awesome I think. Also got f1 2009 which is fun but having played it’s equivalent on the ps3 it’s hard to love it. If you get a ahootem up game I would suggest getting a zelda crossbow rather than the cheaper alternatives.

Mine is set up pretty flat but the angle was my first thought. May double check though as looked at it briefly on my ride.

I did a lot of solo riding last year and was getting bored with some of the trails but mainly missed the social aspect. Took up golf just before the winter as I had a fair few mates that were into it so biking took a back seat. Couldn’t ride over chrimbo despite having two whole weeks off as I had flu and could barely walk up stairs let alone ride any distance. Finally got out today, booked into one of those wiggle rides in march as a bit of motivation so managed to do 29 Hampshire miles in 2hrs 40 so was quite chuffed. Loved being out in the open air again getting dirty although my handling skills and fitness were a bit weak. All fun though just having trouble walking now and my a*** is well sore from the saddle

Wasn’t there myself but my brother in law loved it and came in 8th or 9th. He told me he had a couple of offs one of which he went head first into hedge and was stuck with his legs in the air!

Aikido used to be 18+ when I was into martial arts. My sisters really enjoyed judo at that age but may dad wanted more of a defensive sport rather than karate which he saw as a possible opposite. Only had those two choices though at that age.

Every now and again I will take the pads out and clean with a toothbrush and then do exactly what dirtbiker100 does. Brakes seem ok but a decent clean after every muddy . dusty ride seems to do just fine

Did you crush the foam seal when putting it all back together?

How much oil is leaking out? Is it a light greasing on the legs or a lot?
