I had an MRP slalom, roox and E13s and I’ve got to say I think the E13 was the best one I had from a weight and performance point of view.

7 miles makes the 40-50minute laps more feasible for me. Was worried it was more like 8-10m which I would be about an hour so.

I’m the other way much to the annoyance of my mrs. I stopped riding for a period before xmas due to parties, shopping etc. Went from 10st6 to 11st. Awesome but it takes me several months normally bto gain a few pounds but it only takes a ride or two to lose it.

What do you do in terms of liquids? A camelbak and bottle will only give me about 4hours worth so was wondering if there’s an abiliity to leave bottles somewhere safe trackside so I can discard/pickup as required?

Yup too long on too high a heat. If you still have trouble you can wrap a wet terry cloth around the base. You will need to periodically soak it though so it doesn’t burn!

Problem I have is that next week I won’t be around to collect!!
