There is no mention of the riding ability….. so presumably you`re happy with that.

Can anyone recommend a torque wrench which will do the job and not cost he earth?

You didnt scrimp on bike parts so why scrimp on bike tools?
Buy a half decent one and do ther job properly…..

    1) He does say he`d be interested in offers around the stated price
    2) How long is the wait for Orange Fives currently?
    3) Its for sale, you have the option to buy it or get something else and retain a bit of originality….

Having swapped five inches of hardtail trail bike for a cx bike for a 4 hour memorial ride on Saturday, I can only say, it takes a particular sort of person to ENJOY riding one of those (awful) things….

I`ve found that riding a size smaller bike makes it more “chuckaboutable”.
Maybe you should try an “L” instead….

How about stitching them into users pockets on elastic so they dont end up littering the trails!!!

It has been done….. It wasn t sponsored by Dialled bikes though. It was in a time when there was no elite category, only one. A gravity dropper would`ve been more use maybe and as mentioned above it would no longer be competitive…
    150mm forks, 720mm bars 2 biggish crashes
    1 forgotten brand Black hardtail
    1 Orange R8
    2 Cotic souls(1 staff)

Some times it takes a couple of days for the DHL parcel farce hand over – we are looking into this (it only happens where there is limited DHL coverage)

Despite their shortcomings the Royal Mail still are the only ones to give genuine total UK coverage, regardless of claims…

Team-CHR are still alive although, as mentioned, mostly downhill stuff. I can think of a couple of long offroad rides from “the door” that`d take a day each…..
Mr Purdy`s book has one of them in, linking two rides together.
And, Fatbikes would be no use what so ever ;)

I was there as my mate from the other end of the country stayed at mine with his GF before and after.
We went to several “spectator points”, I ended up fixing brakes and fettling(dry warm hands work way better than wet cold ones) then proceeded to ferry retirees back to the the start. Hats off to everybody who even started the event, it was gopping @ 06.30 and was forecast to stay that way.
Numplumz, you were by far the fastest I met when doing my IR bit on the road section from Bloodybush pillar down to The Forks(78mile cut off)well done to you but TP dust is still more preferable…..
BTW Kielder: just not for me thats all!

Lee, teh moor out to Bloody bush pillar collects a hell of a lot of water, and drains down either to Newcastleton or Kielder one way or another. Thats why they built the reservoir there.
What happened to Geda? I spent 45 minutes making his brake pads fit! 8O
