Take it for a long test drive. I found the seats uncomfortable after not very long.

Not GTline but leather added option.

Doesn’t seem like many folk have either done it or are admitting to it so I will.

In my youth I’d drive all the time stoned. Back then I would of said it actually made me a safer driver as I would be more cautious and drive a bit slower so as not to attract the attention of the police. You can become very focused on the driving itself especially with some good music on as well

I wouldn’t do it now and I wouldn’t recommend or condone it. In fact I’m glad they can test for it now.

I did get pulled once while pretty baked and sitting in the back of the police car while they did name checks etc was the most terrifying experience of my life. I’m sure they knew (or was I just paranoid :-) ) but back then they had no way of testing so they just let me on my way.

Come on this thread needs to die off.

Man doesn’t eat breakfast. Man drinks booze night before. Man hits big hill straight out the bag and wonders why it’s hard work.

Neat solution I’ve copied from a friend is to use the Thule bike rack arms fastened to a a rail on the side panel to hold the bikes.

Make the rail up from wardrobe rails available from B&Q and the Thule arms are available as spares.

    Worth a look

    vittoria tool case[/url]

Holds a 29er tube, multitool, co2 stuff, tyre levers and puncture kit and some cash

Did you forget to put a spacer back on with the cassette? Does the cassette move left to right a bit?

Seen this on newer MTB cassettes.

You can’t stop it. It’s what brains do but you can use mindfulness techniques to help with restoring your attention on what you want it to be on.

Look into mindfulness. Preferably take a course.

I’ve got the new segment in XL and have managed to silence it quite well by securing the cables tightly down next to the shock with a bit of cut tubing wrapped around the cable then cable tied to the mounts(before this the cables were loose on the mounts). I’ve then used some of those fibrax spiral cable/frame protector things on the cables at the head tube. This where the majority of the noise comes from as the cables would slap off the frame and echo throughout it.

The few flights I’ve had over there have always stopped in Calgary. This is over 10 years so not recent.

Seen as though everyone is being so nice and making me feel sick I’ll play devil’s advocate.

Your drawing is child like, garage is a mess, welds look like you’ve spat them out and your flippant attitude to safety disturbs me.

Other than that. Top job :-)

Bloke on YouTube tests old army food. Some from WW2. Give it a go what’s the worst that can happen!

Cowboy country. Bit weird for an outsider.

Was there years ago on a tour but we just had a night in a motel before moving on to Whistler. Went for a few beers in town and we were surrounded by denim, check shirts, cowboy boots and hats…. Don’t try and take photos in a piss taking way. They definitely don’t like that!

Good to see broad leaf going in though. Usually means they are spaced further apart so come a few years down the line once they are more established there’ll be more room for new trails with big corners instead of zig zagging your way through conifers spaced 6ft apart. :-)

Had the same problem so bought the extender. Problem solved.

Bit cheeky I think really. Selling you a mudguard that doesn’t really work unless you then buy an extra bit.

Seem quite a bit of feeling up north here as well but as mentioned it’s reaching maturity so time to go.

On the other hand this was on the forestry Facebook page the other day

“On Sunday I asked how many trees you thourght we planted this year. In Hamsterley this year we will have planted:
    7000 Silver Birch
    1500 Sessile Oak
    1000 Hazel
    500 Sweet Chestnut
    100 Small Leaved Lime
    Total Broadleaves = 10,100
    6000 Scots Pine
    5000 Sitka Spruce
    5000 Western Red Cedar
    4000 Douglas Fir
    Total Conifers = 20,000
Total trees planted in Hamsterley Forest = 30,100
This is a combination of restocking newly felled site such as Windy Bank (the one you can see from the car park) and beating up (replacement of dead trees) on older sites across the forest, the breakdown is: 16,100 restock and 14,000 beat up.
And yes, it was very hard work!”

Not sure on new model but the 2015 is longitude in name and long in nature. Top tube is massive.

Check the reach on your frame will be ok for you as well. You might be able to live with a slightly longer seat tube.

Come on. There never a straight swap really though. Always that slightly longer/shorter gear cable or brake line that you have to get.

Leave it till the LBS is open just incase.

I got spares with the wheelset I bought.

One packet says 291mm the other 292mm not sure which is the front spares or the back though.

Measurement you’ve requested is 287mm both sides with a 3 cross pattern 100mm hub

    :-)

Careful what you pick. I ordered two carbon holders for the price of one branded one and they were very poor. Way to thin and flexible. Bottles bounced out straight away on rigid MTB. Branded one would clamp like a vice.

    Get what you pay for

Want to like Meeke what with him being a UK driver but can’t help finding him lacking in personality and a bit of a whinge bag. There’s always something not to his liking.

That and he seems to crash a fair bit.

Speaking of whinging. Why hasn’t my sky box recorded this weekends programme?

On One do jig which I got for £50 last year. Does the job but a tight fit width wise with a boost rear but still works.

Handy to have even if your not building all the time. My wheels have never been in such good condition.

I honestly try with my dad but I guess we’ve never really been that close for some reason. He’s been a great dad though. We never wanted for anything, went everwhere in the caravan as kids but there’s always been a bit of distance for some reason.

Can’t figure out if it’s because were so much alike or so different at the same time?

He’s getting on now though so I do my best as I know I’ll miss the daft old bugger when he gone.

I use one of these as my eyebrows seem to be broken and don’t stop sweat getting in my eyes.

    http://www.headsweats.com/skullcap-white/

I got a black one years ago. It’s very light weight but does the job both in summer to stop the blinding sweat and in winter to keep the chill off my baldy nut.

    :D
