Just got building and contents insurance with More Than, they want £68 off me for the extra bike cover, covers any bikes worth upto £1500 each (to a max claim of £5k)home and away, just have to be locked up and no specfic lock required. Is also a new for old policy. Think i’ll be going with them for it, thanks all and hope this helps others out.

Hi, i’ve got one of those still in my dads loft. Yes the bb does sit on rubber bit. Mine also has a T shaped threaded bar which sits over your two rear frame tubes just behind bb and you then screw tight from below bb (hope that makes sense). It all works really well but does make quite a racket from the fan when at full chatt.

Just to clear up the jaffa cake nonsense so we can all get back to the pie…
a cake goes hard when left in the open..a biscuit goes soft
therefore jaffa cake is a cake – just a very small one.

now then, pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies pies ….

matt – tesco only offers an hour of labour so if it goes over that you pay the local garages rate – each to their own but i'd rather know i'm sorted

the day after i'd got a third off i had to use them – patrol man said to ring every year, he was narked off as had pay freeze for 3 year and they made over 500 million in profit last year – no longer the not for profit organisation they used to be. Still the patrol guy had me sorted in 15 mins so my money well spent and it's always an aa van not a subcontractor like i used to get with rac

I've got a cracking pic of you 108 – mule bar top – at first marshall point (that was me). Didn't take very many as i obviously was supposed to be doing a job – will get them up on web today at some point. Watch this space 😀

Is your cover up for renewal? Mine was last week and AA wanted £138 – i rang them and just asked if there was anything they could do on price as i was going to leave as i'd found same cover for £103 – straight away they gave it me for £90. Only useful if you are already with someone but thought it worth a mention 😆
