I have been thinking about this. I think it will only be a matter of time before someone makes a light well vented full face/trail helmet as bikes are getting faster and trails more to technical. I would prefer a full face from a protection point of view.

I have a mucky nutz butt fender light keeps the worst off also if you crash it is unlikely to injure you

I use a wingnut pack, keeps the weight nice and low and is really light but strong as made from sail material. Doesn’t come with a bladder which is no bad thing as you can use your old one or buy which ever brand you prefer.
