They are not acceptable at all and any place that thinks they are is somewhere to avoid visiting I would suggest.

    Taser is a brand name.

They are a section 5 prohibited weapon so there is no lawful reason to have one, like CS spray even having one in the house will get you prosecuted.

    Best left well alone

those are all nice guitars but I wouldn’t be buying any of those you listed as an investment as they are all pretty new. Shame you don’t play as from that angle they would be great.

To be honest guitars aren’t investments they are living breathing things each with their own character. That’s why you can’t just have one!

I say buy them and learn to play then learn each one’s personality and enjoy them you then won’t want to sell them even if they doubled in price!

can’t beat a good bit of council/public service bashing!

The reality is we all take for granted the services provided which overall cost less than if we had to pay privately for everything. Take energy prices since privatisation prices haven’t gone down or being remotely competitive.

Also with all the anti public sector rubbish often spouted by Tory ministers and papers they forget that most are on low pay and I would suggest many of the services provided simply would not exist in a privately operated world, you aren’t going to make any profit running a library.

I don’t use half of the services my local council provide but I do not begrudge paying for them as they give access and opportunities to those who otherwise could not afford it.

As for the old job for life gold plated pensions that really is just rubbish spouted by those idiots who want to pass the blame and hide their own failings. Following the credit crunch the government would have you believe it was public sector workers fault rather than multinational companies clearly acting illegally. I think the only public sector workers getting above inflation pay rise is mp’s but they like to gloss over that whilst blaming local council for tax increases.

And no I don’t work in local government.

£3000 is decent amount. For that you could get a nice PRS or custom shop fender. You could get a nice vintage strat or les paul. Or for that money why not get a hand built to your spec lots of good uk guitar builders out there.

It really depends on what style you play to what you want. So many great guitars, go and play some and then decide

One thing aiming for a net knowing as long as you hit it you will be ok quite cool and brave although it is not like he had never skydived before

Jumping out a burning Lancaster bomber thinking that is it is a whole nother level of bravery and kind makes the chaps jump yesterday pointless and kind of stupid in comparison.

Nola is a superb album but there is no way it is better than vulgar display of power.

Rainbow pretty good if they count and Temple of the Dog were good.

I would keep it very simpl and wouldn’t bother with cardio just a warm up if you are already cycling and walking a lot.

    Strength wise

5×5 with 2mins rest between sets

    Deadlift (king of lifts)
    Squat
Pull ups (obviously increasing reps as you improve might be just 1 rep to begin with
    Bench press
    Shoulder press

You wouldn’t end up like Arnie unless you completely change you diet and lifestyle

It is a summary offence of being drunk in charge of a pedal cycle, there is no lower or upper limit so it would be for the officer who stops you to deem you drunk or not.

Drink drive law relating to motor vehicles is specifically about driving whilst the amount of alcohol in your system is above a legal limit hence the requirement to provide samples for analysis

I ride both, however not convinced it makes any real difference which pedal you use when crashing. Many seem to imply that been clipped in leads to more injuries and crashes, my last crash was 6 weeks ago low speed and flat pedals resulted in a fractured elbow!

Just ride with what you feel comfortable

Oh should of said the cost of a buffalo or montane smock are worth the money, don’t forget they are supposed to be worn as a mid/outer layer so need to be nice and fitted not to loose

Go outdoors often have montane stuff on offer.

From what you want it for I don’t think the buffalo is ideal as they don’t pack that small. I have a montane smock which is brilliant but a bit to big for the pack. I tend to leave mine in the car for putting on when I get back. However buffalo stocks are amazing and it will be replacing my montane if that wears out

Have you considered Snugpac they do packable tops like the vapour active

The real advantage if he is jumping flying etc of the axle over QR is there is less chance of the wheel making an early exit. I have had the odd QR catch stuff and loosen off and then wheel followed!

Simple & sinister kettlebell workout by pavel. Available on kindle ideal workout for flats.

I left the gym and bought some kettlebells and I have really enjoyed training with them. The above might be what you are looking for as the whole workout is about 20 mins every day.

I always prefer a brighter rear light to be honest rather than a stupidly bright front. Although if you angle it down to the road say 5-10m in front that should mean you are easily seen without blinding on coming traffic?

The offence of theft is complete at the very least attempt theft and the driver I would argue is also guilty of the same offence

Can you not go to the local station to make the report as they may be aware of a local crime trend and actually be very interested?

I like it i have been looking for a light vented full face lid to protect my face and teeth, getting old and can’t afford time off work and trails are getting faster and bikes better i seem to need the extra protection, i have never understood the anti full face for trail riding. I ride motorbikes and wouldn’t dream of riding without a decent full face helmet.

the Old parachute seemed a little fragile looking and didn’t offer much rear coverage, the urge one looked ok but looked like it would cook my head on all day rides but the new on looks spot on

I use renthal kevlar grips and use lock wire, they don’t move so you don’t have to use lock on grips.

Because they aren’t better. 26 inch is the perfect size for general trail riding imho. 29 seems to be the racing choice and i really can’t see how 650 is so much better than 26. It is purely about the big manufacturer’s trying to sell more bikes.

motorcycle manufacturers do the same by changing colours or spec every few years rather than wheel size!

We got married last year in the Canadian Rockies on a lake shore in Banff it was brilliant.

we used rocky mountain weddings (Lauren was brilliant) They sorted everything. We booked our flights direct and after deciding on which hotel in Banff we liked (buffalo mountain lodge) we phoned then and again booked direct and got a good deal. We stayed and had our honeymoon all in one.

it was the a brilliant experience and would say do it, we took our parents and everyone else came to a party when we got back. Also it was actually much cheaper for an unforgettable day!

Are they overpriced? Handmade frame and seems to me similar spec to comparable bikes.

if it was made in the USA the 5 would be raved about.

sometimes simple is best less to maintain = more time riding

Not sure you go fast enough to aqua plane on a bike as i thought to process involved hitting standing water at speed which overwhelms the tyre tread causing the car to lift up and travel across the top if the water.

since road bikes have such narrow tyres and low speed i cant see it is possible as the tyre would cut through the water not lift.

Fives are brilliant love mine. Never understand the knockers i am sure they forget they are handmade frames, if it had a US flag on it they would be all over them yes they are single pivot but that means less to go wrong. Which ever you get it will not let you down and you will be able to just get on with having fun.
