If your limit screws are set up properly then maybe its just cable stretch, try tightening it with the barrel adjuster on the shifter.
Loose crank sounds like an accident waiting to happen btw.

Supplements can work if you have a deficiency due to illness, otherwise its money down the drain. (have several relatives who are docs).

Cant get past the smell in mc´ds and other industrial meat plants, I will however admit to a weakness for heins beans & spaghetti also hula hoops, dime bars and fish fingers.

Bear in mind I get paid to cook in an organic/fresh ingrediants restaurant.

In the past year I liked: Red Dog, Devil and One Day, in that order.
Last one was a suprise actually since it´s really a “chick flick”.

Takes me the best part of an hour to get chips to come out like they do in the chippy, takes them 3mins, i know. (peeling,chopping, boiling water for 3mins, fry for a min at high temp., cool down,refry at medium temp….thats an hour, just for chips.
I make my own curry sauce though, miles better than any I ever bought.

If I had the cash I think the 2012 Bos Deville would be spot on.

btw, I´m running 1.5 lyriks on my 1.1/8 frame with a Nukeproof headset.

If they can take rain,mud and bashing off hard pointy stuff then I reckon they can handle a washing machine. Mine have survived, I´ve got one of them magic baskets jedi mentioned.

I´ve used a sansa clip for years. Best mp3 player I ever bought.
It shuffles or plays back to back no problem, also has a neat little option to just play the most recently added music.

I had those wheels for a while, dead strong and light too. I only changed because I needed 20mm up front and wanted tubeless.

Well spotted, its a descent from San Marcos towards Beraun, well worth a spin. It does eventually get smoother but that particular section is bumpy as hell.

I´m glad to say thats the first thing I tried, and whacked the bars off of a tree trying to stay out of the rut. It gets a bit narrow there.

Got a Lyrik coil Uturn with a Med spring, I´ve never bottomed out and can´t get anywhere near the last inch or so of travel. I weigh 65kilos in full bike kit.
Anyone with a soft (yellow)spring want to swap?

If you were to get on your bike without seeing the wheels and someone changed them to a diff. set would you actually notice one way or another?

I´m pretty sure that I wouldn´t, tires on the other hand, even blindfolded I could, but that would be more down to the vibrations from the tread.

The way I understood it was that the amount of power needed to accelerate a rider and bike from inertia depends a lot more on other factors than it does on lightweight wheels.

The speed advantage, taking initial acceleration into account is minimal for having light wheels.

Not sure what kind of options you have available but if any of those you listed are based on fibre optic cable then thats the one you want.

I spent plenty of time surfing/downloading with adsl and its variants, they all suck. Now in Spain I´ve got a nice steady 50mb line for about 40quid a month.
Phone tech is past its sell by date.

Get one with an IPS panel if you can.

I´ve tried Samsung,Sony, Dell and LG. The Dell monitor wins hands down.

I went through a couple of tubes of the Biketart stuff.
Its good but you really need to take your time fitting and cutting it.
I eventually managed but it was a pain in the ar$e, then again my frame has more silly curves than a playboy shoot.

After three snakebites followed by a looong walk down a beautiful descent, I went tubeless the next day. No punctures since….(i´ve just gone and jinxed meself haven´t i).

…so I´m probably the only one that thinks avatar was a bit rubbish too
