As the fluid has gone pink it indicates your car is pregnant keep looking up the exhaust (possibly round pipe at the back under the bumper) for your new car being delivered. This is how lucky people manage to get a new car. If you do not want this to happen again I suggest you try to keep your car locked up on a night.

On a more serious note write a standard and post it tyre manufacturers and try to get them all to adhere to it.

I remember this saying when the decorating gets me a bit down. Whoever invented decorating needs fu##### and whoever invented fu##### needs decorating. Makes me smile anyway.

I used to get it from a tri shop in horsforth Leeds called triangle. Last time I spoke to them they said it was becoming more difficult to get hold of but give them a ring you never know.

Be careful when remapping it can sometimes bite you in the balls not all the internal components in the lower powered engine are designed to take the extra stress produced by remapping. Though on the brightside if you go for it it doesn't affect mpg much.

Also f-gas regs require the engineer to fix the leak not just recharge and let it escape again. If there is no gas in the system there is a leak non of this bollocks about they loose the gas over a period of time or it wears out.

richmars I like your thinking but do you have a method for vacing the system down to get the poisture out before you recharge it? On the other hand you cold just be doing the repair and let an engineer recharge sorry.

I foolishly bought one a while back. First sit on it and I thought it was the most unbalanced thing you could ever try to master. Took about 2 weeks to get to the point of self starting and able to ride just about where I wanted on tarmac. The downsides were incredibly bruised insides of thighs from trying to grip the thing as it flew off when I lost my balance and bruised backs of calfs from pedals but both those things heal pretty quick so give it a go. I haven't ridden it for a long time but last week got back on again and after 10 mins was back to my mediocre standard. Just remember your kids if like mine will not take kindly to you taking it with you to the park after a while (the shame of dad). Mine is a 20" wheel and good fun.

We had one as kids and my grandparents bred some once. We once got stranded with the dog on Filey Brigg, the dog swam some sections but eventually we had to climb the vertical ladder up the cliff, this my dad had to do with the dog on his shoulder. Very fond memories indeed.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the the name of the mother and disabled daughter who tragically took their own lives after being bullied and threatened for years. They kept a diary, informed the police did what seemed to be everything they could to stop it and it didn't. This is just one case and one case too many showing that doing the "civil" thing does not work. Communicate on a level these thugs understand.

A stern telling off is like water off a ducks back to these people they can't communicate in a civil way and can't comprehend the point you are trying to make, it is like talking to someone who does not speak the same language so talking to them will not have any effect. To get the correct outcome for yourself you need to deal with them in ways they understand and unfortunately this may mean resorting to violence in some cases. Personally I think revenge is a dish served very cold. Possibly with a piece of drain pipe and barbed wire.

Both of my kids had comforters my daughter had a blanket from GAP which she still wont sleep without and she is now 11 and it is pretty raggy, we cant wash it through fear of completely falling apart. My son had a clown that he dragged every where with him, the voice box stopped working, we stitched it back together lots of times he really loved it. Now it lives in a box in the loft with those other items that make you remember. Put up some missing posters around near where you think you lost it perhaps.

OK after some very keen measuring the conclusion is. Wheel in the correct way round the rim is offset by 2.3mm. Turn the wheel round it measures equal on either side. This would indicate the dishing is out I think. All measurements taken from the same point on either side of the rim and frame. But why when I put other wheels in the frame they all look set to one side? Not sure what to do now.

huws are you psycic? Just got back from LBS and 3 wheels later the verdict is the frame is out. My wheel if dished would have made the problem worse.

I hear what your saying but the noisey creaky chain is worse than an oily one anyday especially after such a short time.

Riding home tonite after applying on Friday and what I thought was my new botton bracket creaking was in fact the dry chain. This after about 50 miles. I agree it is clean but when the chain starts to rattle and creak it is definately dry.

It's a watsit you know thingymajig that thing that does you know it was on the telly the other day the bloke with the grey hair funny accent he was in that program you remember. Really though it's the thermostat for this summer. Environmental scientists hide them in a different place every year and the lucky finder gets to turn up the heat for summer. The last 2 years nobody has found it hence the crappy summers. Hope you turned it the right way?
