Anyone gone full length cable outer for rear mech ?? …. mine seems to go through rear mech cables quite quick when the conditions are bad ?? …. tried different brands etc , but may just drill the stops out and go full outer

I’m a driver who drops off or unloads at various recyclers ,metal,green,co mingles etc, different weighbridge always weigh slightly different ,I’ll get a ticket as I leave work and the next bridge is different to my ticket, spouse it depends alot on calibration etc and recorded tare weights of empty trucks ?

Did mine just after I bought it ,I used Stan’s 25mm tape , 2 widths to cover the entire rim , 2 X tubeless values , a good splash of sealant and they went up with a track pump first time 😀
They did fail once when I ripped the sidewall ,but now it’s repaired with a tubeless kit ,it’s been fine again

yep any time away in the sun is nice , weve done lanzarote before now for 5 nights at this time of year,

Where i work all our trucks are limited to 56mph , and we have volvo, scania and renault trucks , all sit dead on 56 flat out
Ive done 59mph downhill once and a warning of over-speeding flashed up on the led dash and it was recorded to my tacho as over-speeding, this caused a infringement warning for it and a little chat from transport dept at work !

@ stevemuzzy , another vote for a Cumulus quilt, ive got the 350 , very cosy and it easily fits in an apidura seat pack with my down jacket , a few clothes and still plenty of room 🙂

Yep out with his Mrs, it kicked off around 10.40 when he went to stop some lads kicking mirrors off the cars in the street, a 16 yr old pulled a knife on him etc

Sports direct are doing Gelert tents at the minute , get urself a track 2 , less than £40 …. used one for bikepacking before , plenty of space

loads of places have a “reverse park only” rule.

Worked for Severn Trent for a short time, had to attend a course at another company venue and i failed to reverse park even though they had no signs etc , i ended up on report with a written warning for parking my car the wrong way round ??
when i asked about the signs etc , i got told i should know , its company policy etc ?

Loved my london road , no issues with seatpost etc, bit of overlap on a small frame which caught me out once and binned me off !
also have an arkose ,so had to make a decision to keep one, and the arkose stayed

Why South? Lots of nice places in the north and housing is considerably cheaper.

Pinnacle Ramin 3 plus crackin bike for the money, managed to get mine on sale for around £630 🙂 .. its gone up this year but still a great bikepacking bike
