yep , used to work for a frame builder in Birmingham , from mitering the tubes all the way through to paint and final build….. only thing i didnt do was the tig welding :D ….. companys not around anymore which is a shame :(

Good news for the area and mountain biking in general ….. haven’t rode up there for over a year , may have to venture up there soon to have a look :D

@ globalti …. Arnold clark is where ive been looking and at the 1.2 diesel so thanks for the info on that ….. talking about the gearing it would of been better then with a 6 speed box instead of a very long 5 speed box :( ….. glad to see good mpg figures

The offer i got was upgrade to HD for £5 for 6 months and then £10.50 for the rest of the 12 months

The cars only going to be small super mini, seat ibiza, kia rio,corsa etc ..

My commute 40 odd miles a day,plan on keeping the car for at least 5 yrs .. until it dies :D
its a mix of dual carriage ways and city driving …

My lads at uni just down the road from nant, so when i go see him i take the bikes, hippety hop section is excellent and we always ride that a few times before carrying on around the rest ….
i think its an excellent trail … well worth the drive to wales

Thanks for the replays …. hes doing games tech at college and going onto computer game technology at uni …. everything from design through to coding and development … hes done us proud at college and on for distinction in all his modules and so easily got enough points for uni and we are very proud of him ….. its just the financial side we are concerned about and the fact he hasnt worked before …
just thought it would be easier for him having some money and some real life experiences rather than all in the virtual world !!
I know and do agree he could be alot worse ..

Yep …. only playing them,not actually coding them, which is wants he wants to do !! …
and as for applying etc , we wouldn’t mind so much if he was sending out cv`s and looking actively …. but he cant even be arsed to do that ….. he sent 1 out in 2 yrs and that was last week to where his sister works !

@ cinnamon, not into hardcore stuff, normally ride cannock or nant-y-arain etc, i like history and love my scenery so a mix would be good …. just a nice steady few miles will do …. anything considered :D ..
