Quite fancied this as i was riding in the Wiltshire downs a few weeks ago and enjoyed it apart from the wind !! .. fancied it until i seen the entry of £50 on the day ! …. i know its for charity , but £50 !

I commute 20 odd miles on a Honda varadero 125cc,when the weathers behaving ! its a very big bike for a 125cc and has plenty of road presence … I get 90 mpg, which im very happy about , Ive have had a few close calls but none of them my fault :( … and buy the best riding gear you can afford .. its worth it in the long run …. love my alpinestars goretex boots the most :D

Had a quote off lloydstsb last nite after my M and S renewal came in at £515 !!
Lloyd’s quoted me £266 and then £60 cash back after 80 days !!
So I’ll be making a call the marks tonite to say thanks but no thanks !

I used to make them .. TX1, TX2 and the TX4 .. and all the spares for the fairway , :D .. 12.5 yrs i was there, till the Chinese got involved and that was the end !!
@ Loddrick … TX2 and TX4 were both turbo charged … TX2 havin the ford engine (mondeo/transit)in and the MV augusta in the TX4 …. TX1 has the old bombproof 2.9 Nissan engine in :)

@ djflexure ,I rode SS a few yrs ago and was fine apart from spinning on the Tarmac which there is a lot this year !!
Take ur time it’s not a race and just enjoy it .. I actually rode my fastest honc on my single ,work that one out ??
And looking at the route again I’m surprised they aren’t going over cleeve common past the masts ???
Ive never rode a honc that didn’t go past the masts !

I didnt know or realise my nissan primera had them till a week before i scrapped it !!…. only had the car 4 yrs !

Composite, im over by you and thought id have a look over there tomorrow morning … rode there a few yrs ago doing a heart foundation ride, was ok and dont forget its where the red bull 24hr first started :) …. so cant be that bad .. just not that hilly ….

The ghost is nice but it will mean, changing forks(tapered) and bottom bracket/chainset etc (press fit) … newer spec frame … not really compatible with his older stuff … think hes ordering the cube if im correct , so thanks to all :)

Anyone had any info sent out to them yet ? .. seem to remember they used to send numbers out to fix to helmet etc ? …or dont they do that any more ?

No where Sunday as working all over Easter, but then im off work for the rest of the week and so hopefully heading down to Wiltshire and staying near Avebury and have a few rides planned from there ….. hoping the weathers not too bad :)
