Your options are find a swingarm from a bike with a cracked front end, or new from Lapierre.

Nope, top swing xt works fine on an 853 sovereign. As did a conventional X9.

Bog standard shimano mech on mine (old), pretty sure its 34.9. FAQs on silverfish site says 34.9 too.

You want an LT or Crafter or Sprinter if you want space for an internal bike storage area. T5s are not big vans.

apple juice/water roughly 50/50. A bit of black stuff won’t do you any harm. My bladder often contains the previous weekends dregs, a quick rinse out with occaisonal brushing out the tube works.

Yes, why did you do that?

Fit is vital, you really need to try them on. Flappy body or short sleeves are a real PITA even if the fabric/construction is good.

I can remember the demise of my first cat. I was about 6. Cat had been hit by a car and its legs and pelvis were broken. Some kind passer by had found it and brought it to the house. Cat was still alive. He dragged himself over to me and licked my hand as i sat bawling my eyes out. Horrible.

I have an swb kombi. Single rear seat removed. 2 bikes bungee against the double seat, another wedged at an angle. Quick, easy, cheap, secure, and nothing to get in the way for other uses.

There must be something round and roughly the correct size in your house.

even if it limit it getting wet?

Water will still get in by running down your legs. Much less than normally though.

My reverb broke after 10 rides, stopped holding air. Fixed now. Hose coming out of the upper moving part is a PITA.

With a full face helmet you wear goggles or nothing.

Lucky you. My 40s and dhx 5 need a full service, oros need a rebuild, reverb will break again soon, wheels need trued, blur needs new bearings, and so on.

Dunno, sorry. Never ridden a T120.

A mate has a Trance X and its lovely apart from not being able to drop the seat far enough compared to my Anthem X, still mine is large, his is small.

I’m pretty sure i had a progressive spring on a dhx5 a few years back.

Tabletop type jumps mostly. Just doesn’t feel right on that sort of thing.

Hmm, mine is in addition to a number of other bikes. I wouldn’t want one as an only bike. It doesn’t jump well (a bit long) and isn’t a dh bike (obviously!).

Its stiffer than i expected, bearings have lasted well, does not eat shock bushes, pedals well, is fairly light and was cheap. Discovered last month that swingarms are not too dear either after i crashed and dented it.

I prefer an Anthem X, as does legend. They are suprisingly capable.

Mach 3s work well for me.

Shaving immediately after a shower so the face and hair have been wet for a while seems to help. As does using a brush to apply your soap of choice.

A large Giant Glory DH will fit in with wheels on easily, a mate has a Caddy. If there are 3 bikes and riders, we take my T5.

Beware fly fishermen, a hook in the head from a back cast is quite sore!

Fish are pretty good at seeing rapid movement above water, eg predatory birds. Flat calm helps them see.

The camo thing is a tribal uniform, much like cyclists i suppose. Most of the clothes in fishing shops are olive or camo.

A sky coloured rod would still cast a shadow. Some rods are matte to stop reflections, no idea if fish are bothered by them though.

Poles are old school, been around for ages.

Canal towpaths are often busy, so user conflict is inevitable. No need to push folk in though. IIRC towpaths have a very low speed limit.

I have an hpi mt2. Its very good at shaking itself to bits, and annoying people with the noise. Given the choice again i’d go electric and rwd.

My old one was 14.1 kg with a coil shock, lyriks, x0/xtr, 719s, Formula puros, carbon brake levers, carbon bars, ti bolts and spring, mag/ti pedals, light saddle etc. I could not get it any lighter without compromising, apart from maybe dt240 or tune hubs instead of hope.

Ano is lighter than paint but i don’t think they make the new ones in anodized now, if ever.
