If you need a group for Epping ride ,we ride from Heales cycles there is two groups there 9am sharp fast ish and medium no one knows Epping better as we also do some trail building aswell you must have a helmet ,there are some nice down hill sections or xc single track or killer climbs if you know where to look rarely touch horse tracks , I have just been on an afternoon blast conditions today fast but a little greasy on some corners ps

I really like swinley has a good mixed bag of xc ,the climbs are petty tough if sprinting great
High speed Burms , good climb up to the flat area near the mod with 5 decent descents some with table tops and doubles forestry bits are great flying round , if you crack out 3 flying laps and you aren’t tested you ain’t going fast enough ,peas lake is good but if you don’t know the area could be frustrating it’s good to have variation, thetford is flat ish but ride Brandon side as well you will be tested if push you all the way, bedgbury is pretty good but a little short but crack out a few laps all is well, the Hadley Olympic track is ok for training good climbs Knarly descents air ambulance is always busy ,you can’t please everyone depends what the rider requires .

Horrible accident with a bad injury ,be interesting to see if mtb training has a disclaimer on the form ,I have seen seriously injured people riding on flat sections,example , bounced on the smallest of roots broken femur to name but one ,it was stated the guy went the wrong way twice ? If you ride to the chatel bike park you can be spoilt for choice, ride humble serpentine, people, and some hairy black runs we ride next weds for 4 days staying at morzine ,you need to speak with the locals ,we found some empty downhill runs with no other riders ,simply amazing . :mrgreen:
