Mocha has got chocolate in it.

    You are quite right.
The stove top pots make Moka.

Teagirl, I used to think the same but a stove top pot makes a Mocha not an Espresso
An Espresso machine forces very hot water through the grinds at something like 8 bar of pressure which helps to produce the 'crema' or foam which is essential in a good espresso.
You can make a Mocha and an Espresso from the same beans and the two will taste quite different.

I got a Presso Espresso[/url] for £70 and a Dualitt burr grinder for £80. After a bit of experimenting i can now make an accepatable espresso with it (when i have the beans).
It is a bit of a faff though.

    Thats bad luck Kona
As the weather is pretty close to perfect here I think I'll bimble along the prom and join in the fun if no one objects.
I haven't been on my bike in three or four weeks but I'm sure it will be fine

I remember swerving around one so that it passed between my wheels. I looked in my rear view mirror to check that it was ok just in time to see the car following squish the poor blighter.
I do like hedgehogs but wouldn't be able to explain why other than they eat slugs.
Used to have them come into the back garden and eat the cat food when I was young.

    Strictly is great family entertainment.
By that I mean its gash but Gran can watch it with the children, they all have something to say about the performances, we feel like a happy family and I can watch Ola :-)

I should've known better than to post this here.

Yes I probably am being oversensitive. I wouldn't have minded if it was said by a friend, its just this bloke rubs me up the wrong way.

    Foxy as to the advice

    "GET SOME THERAPY!!"

no problems there. Mrs Stranglove is a psychiatrist, she thinks i am pretty normal and well balanced but maybe some social anxiety issues and I'm not surprised with people like you lot around.

what a road cap? one of those caps that keeps the sweat out of your eyes and has a peak that you can flip up or down to shade the rain or sun?

Err..Now you mention it, yes, a road cap.
    Still looked a nob though

nude drop bars, flip flop or 3' heals

I have absolutely no problem with this sort of thing at all :-)

However, there was a bloke who lived over the road from me, gold coloured Charge plug, narrow riser bars, four spoke aero front wheel.
    Nob
and he had one of those caps

I get 1.8mb and have done for the past three months when BT 'upgraded' my the exchange. They do admit there is a fault and it due to be fixed 10th July and the exchange given a further upgrade before March 2010.

    Thanks everyone.
I think doing it one day would be a bit much, i want to enjoy myself and that means taking my time, having a bit of an explore and not going to Plymouth.

Dibbs – Would you recommend the route you took as being a good taste of Dartmoor/Exmoor?
CG – It sounds like you took a more leisurely approach. How long did it take you?

Meet Emanuelle (left), and Laura (right). Their job is to present the “most combative” award, an honor that goes to the most aggressive rider of the day.

Laura is 23, and Emanuelle is 24. And you’ll love this… Emanuelle is studying to be a contortionist. No kidding.

Oh – and with Cycle Scheme, you're normally restricted to buying at full RRP anyway.

Nah. I got a discounted last years bike which still came in at over £1000 so I paid the extra and sent off a quote for £999.
Everything worked out nice and peachy

A few are on Ebay at bin £1000 but that doesnt mean they are going to get that much.
The £50 is a company called the London Mint that will buy them for that knowing full well they are worth more. £200 seems to be a pretty standard ebay price at the moment.

I’ve just got one of these in my change form a curry :D
A pretty good end to what had been a quite naff day until then.

£200 pounds seems to be a normal price on ebay, but some people are selling coins that are not dated on the queens side but are dated on the tails and people are buying them!
    How does that work?

We have a small shower and can put our bikes in a corridor but that is beginning to get a bit crowded.
No lockers so either drape clothes and towel over bike or let them fester in my draw.
At home time I get changed in the toilet.

Not ideal but it could be worse
