@thepurist Oops sorry, you’re quite right. If you want to convert your Tesco Clubcard points to Evans vouchers you need to do it today but existing vouchers will remain valid for two years

Just a reminder that Evans will no longer be accepting Tesco Clubcard vouchers after the end of this month so if you have any to use you need to be getting them in today 😉

Just to confirm, she would be in Year 11 / 16yrs old next year if she went on the trip

What I also have to consider is that I have two other kids (twins) who are a year younger so if we say yes to one we have to say yes to all of them. And that’s a lot of money before you even start to think about Uni fees, driving lessons, car insurance etc etc which is all just around the corner… Kids eh, who’d have ’em?!

@rascal Try another estate agent – we are looking at remortgaging atm and spoke to a local estate agent and were up front about not wanting to sell, but they were still happy to come out and value our house for free. The guy didn’t just do a rush job either, he was there about and hour measuring-up. Obviously it’s a loss-leader but we are now on their files and we would now definitely consider using them if/when we ever do sell…

@DezB – the RC nut has arrived and it fits but it’s very thin and I’m not sure I’d trust it not to leave me in the middle of nowhere with only one pedal. As an alternative to sourcing a new nut, is there any reason why supergluing the old nut on wouldn’t work (apart from rendering the pedal un-serviceable)?
