I ran my Pace ss round there on 32-18. Quite spinny in some parts but just right in others. Mcmoab was OK, just a coupl of dabs and almost nailed H.B hill…..

    enjoy……

I have had 4 BMWs and know them quite well, although not had a 3 series…However i do know that the 330d should return almost at least 40mpg, depending of course on driving style. My ster in law had an older 530d and they got 38 out of it. The 330d is a prper quike car as well.

As for the 2 bikes, they`ll go in no problem with seats down.

    Hope this helps.

Allways wear them for winter riding. I use Endura`s but there are many other good ones out there.
As for needing a pee, all you need to do is lean over and pull the slack (from the bit where the bibs meet the main body) and pull them far enough to do the job….

I run a 32-18 and i can still pedal at 16-18mph on the flat and i am by no measure that last to the bottom of a fell/hill.

Freesat vs Sky????? Freesat wins hands down. No subs and free HD. We had sky cancelled about 3 years agoand so were left with free to view. Now time to but a new TV with Freesat built in. already paid the slight extra with it built in the TV.No more to pay. That means it will plug straight to the existing cable and we have Freesat with HD…
So, to record, you buy an extra freesat PVR by Humax, that way you can rec 2 different programmes while watching another…

    Sorted!

bib tights are cool….but I find them a pain when you need to go to the loo

I think thery are ace as well. I`ve always had them. I find having a pee is a dodle, you have to bend over a little and then just pull them down a bit. There is plenty of flex in them.

I have only heard bad things about them…I personally run square tapers, one of wich i had 6 years in one Ti frame and only that one cup had seized cause i forgot to grease them, was it then knackered. Now running Royce in both MTBs

I jave one of these in both MTB`s. One firm tap on the cranks ( without the chain on ) and they will spin 4 revs, no problem.

My first and loving it so far…….

    As for the ratio.

I think it`s down to personal choice IMHO… I run 32-18 here in the north Lakes. I can climb but i recon anything more would blow yer knees appart!!
