I once had a Rible road bike that was Pink and White, faded front to rear. The Pink was down the front of each tube so it looked Pink from the front and white from the back.

It say`s in the instructions that you can use Mobil 1 or Triflow….My ss one froze up 2 years ago and i put Mobil 1 in both hubs and only just this week did i replenish it. 😆

I sold my really old steel frame as it flopped around like a cloth in dishwater…….

I havnt replaced it yet but any good quality frame will accept the modern mudgards... Even the Trek Madone Carbon........(cause its pictured on the box!!!!)

I personally would stick with the Alu…..

Phenolic pistons are a blackish colour….

The older ones are metal……

You can tell them appart easily, even without removing them from the bike.

Yes it really is worth it…..I`ve had Ti frames for the last 15 years and only on my 2nd in that time (On One 456) 😛

The only reason i sold the Litespeed 18 months ago is cause it did`nt have the geometry for the stupid stuff we throw our bikes down twice a week 😯

Another + is that you only scratch bare metal which you can polish out 🙂

I am wearing clear Oakley M frames 😉 and yes the saddle position does need a tweek, this was the first time out and had only been on it for 20+mins

Erm, well that is the question…… It has been 10 years since i TTd and preiosly i was on a “standard” carbon frame with clip ons. I always wanted a proper TT bike and only got to ride 2 this year(as i only finished the bike mid August) and was only really a minute from where i left off.
I was doing short 23s before (best was 22.58) but thats on our local 10 and it cetainly is not flat…..

This should get me below that even though i`m rapidly approachig 40 😯

An action shot…..and i know the kit is`nt right but its all i had at the time….( It is my MTB kit after all)

New skin suit/ shoes and a pointy hat required 😆
