Would a agree with Glenn , sounds like Interstitial condensation if possible try leaving the bedroom window open / by a de-humidifier to see if this solves the problem, it is not uncommon for this to happen during the winter months so dont get to worried. Try to increase the air circulation / temperature as well ie dont leave bedroom doors shut. (I have just qualified as a building surveyor)

Me and the dog got attacked by some horses about a month ago, went for me first and then chased the dog , and i mean chased as in followed it round trying to stamp on it for over a minute not just one charge. Was very wary for a couple of weeks. My advice is always give you self a few escape options dont get trapped between the horsey and wall.

I took 5 kicks to the shin then I had enough at that. It was a reflex action – honest.

Yes its water proof but can get warm, i think it would better than ventile for cycling though, but you can get extra pit zips in for £20 . If you use a rucksack you may also get water coming in at the straps. I always think of it as with paramo you may get wet but feel dry and gore/event you maybe dry but feel wet. Due to the different ways the fabrics deal with moisture transfer. My mate is working on a development of Ventile cotton but thats all i can say….

I've got a jacket and some trousers which i wear for walking but i wouldn't wear them for cycling. The material is pretty heavy and gets heavier when wet.

    What he said.

Ton this might interest you Cioch clothing

Cos its a Turner 5spot ( wanted one ( a burner) since i was 14 and now I finally have one albiet to small for me) I am unemployed at the moment and i bought a hardtail the other month. But yet dont let the neigh sayers get you down. STW seems to be imploding up its own arse a bit with all these people putting up sarcastic what tyre threads and the like. They're just jelous cos you can do what they want to be doing.

    Ton,

I am not allowed to "spend any more money on those bloody bikes" apparently but if I had a bit more income maybe i could enjoy experimenting with different parts / bikes. I would quite like to get a 70mm stem , but what rise? maybe a 80mm would be better with some different bars . The possibilities are endless…. Those new Lapierre zesty's look lovely, wonder what they ride like…

not so much the buying , too many options to choose from means i'm always left wondering if i got the right one. Building up a bike (assuming you have all the right tools and it goes together properly) is the best bit after riding of course.

I am a work from home businessman, My house needs to be flexible and adaptable to meet my changing requirements. My family is also increasing as I am super fertile , can my office space be easily converted to bedroom or living spaces? and vice versa. Is the method of construction suitable for easy and economic adaption. ( steel frame please) Whats is the economic lifecycle of the properties different layers ( see Brand, S 1994 How buildings learn, "pace layering". How will the building adjust to changes in technology and social changes , increasing work from home, infomation age, incresing costs of energy etc.

    My opinion

Inov8s great shoes but had 2 pairs that both fell apart on the heel ( and yes they were fitted properly).

Salomon had the XApro about 3 years ago the worst sole ive ever used for offroad running and the goretex ones split on the uppers.

Montrail continental divide would be my choice good compromise for on/off road , decent sole and very hard wearing. I would buy these if i were you.

Scarpa just bought some crosslites, a fell shoe, not used much but very good sole/ grip .

    Its a 2008 TNT 5 spot , looking for a £750. Smoke black.

I compared my old frames geo to the turner and always prefered smaller bikes (although the last one i bought was a 1998 rocky mountain element) as a whole but this is just too small .

Swayndo , hadnt ridden one for about a year before i bought it online, ( 1st mistake) did all the checking of my old frame , book between the legs compared geo but still ended up with the wrong one. I put a layback post on it so its not the tt lenght more the top heavy ride.
