Northwind I have the car for you a 52 astra 1.8sri its has a dent in the side door , is currently covered in dog hair and mud and is generally a little scruffy, on the upside it has done relitively low milage, im gonna say about 65k but will check that later and in the last year it hs had £400 worth of michelin tyres, 600 on new brake calipers, rear springs , and rear pads and discs plus a servic and i have just spent 150 on an mot and some new front disc and pads. Basicaly it i have had the car for about 5 years but in the last two it hasnt had that much use, as i used to ride to work and drive to liverpool from sheffield once a week , i got a new job and company car and was going to keep this as the bike and dog mobile but running 3 cars in a 2 person family is a bit much , essentially its a good car but a needs a bit of tlc. looking for around £1500 my email is in profile if interested

Cleggs rhetoric is all the same " you say xyz but you dont do anything" true but a bit of a cop out answer imo

I would agree a bout the deposit, if it were me i would set up some form of stage payments ie 1) strip wall paper,2) electrics, 3)plastering etc , that way you can have more control on the way the build is progressing, sort out any problems as you progress and not pay for things that arent bolted down!! Plus the builders doesnt have a large outlay.

As a scouser who lived there for 20 years , i can say that the pictures posted are not representative at all, yes there are fat orange ugly ladies in liverpool but at least the munters make an effort unlike some other places. I find it particularly annoying that a national newspaper would show such one sided prejudice but as a scouser im used to it! 😀

I found u-turns a bit of a faff, the number of times i have wound them down to climb and then forgot to unwind them on the descents is countless, plus you dont carry a weight and wallet penalty.

Would echo the concert square views , however this also brings the atmosphere! There are plenty of bars in the Albert Dock and if your mates got a few bob I would recommend Panoramic bar[/url] to watch the match and enjoy the view.

All my experience of inov8s is of them falling apart , particularly around the heel area , i stopped buying a year ago so thing may have got better, since then i have been using la Sportiva Crosslite's

They are a great shoe, nice and light and fit ME well. Only weakness is grip on wet rock, but you cant have everything eh!
