Yep….. people don't tend to what all the componants on a full build, you get hassled to split anyway as people see bits they want.

It's the little bits, the low value bits, that make up the extra, the things you forgetwhen looking at a whole bike…..

Dunno, thats just my experience :?

I've made prob 25% extra from splitting than I would have done from selling as a whole bike………. more hassle yeh but more dosh.

Each passenger can take a maximum of 5 bags per one way flight that must not exceed the weight allowance purchased. Passengers travelling together on the same booking reservation, who have individually purchased baggage allowance, can pool their baggage up to the equivalent of the total purchased weight allowance. Once this limit is reached then standard overweight charges as detailed below will apply. Please note passengers travelling on the same booking reservation must all check-in at the same time in order to pool the baggage allowance.

From the Bmibaby website (who I'm taking my bike with in 2 weeks)…. gonna ring them to see if it works for sports equipment. I'll just buy another load of hold luggage if so and have an extra 18kg each way for £40 instead of the £10 per kilo excess charge.

    Utter money grabbing robbing bastrds…….

Large here and I'm 6'1"…… always found Santa Cruz sizing to be on the small size, well in the top tube at least.

Dropped top tubes mean you get loads of standover so thats never really an issue. Trying some out would be the only surfire way to find out but I'd think a medium would do you………

Swapped the RP3 out on mine for a DHX5……. night and day difference.

Not the lightest bike in the world but the weight of a bike never really bothered me, surely quality of ride is the more important factor??!!

Dialled PA or a soul, have had both (still have the PA) both would work sweetly dressed in that kit.

Failing that a nice carbon frame like a Scott Scale if you want a more xc ish lightweight ride……

Been to Slovenia, beautiful country and lovely folk.

Lake Bled and the Julian Alps are well worth a few days spent. Regular buses from Ljubjana (SP?) and only about 2 hours away if my memory serves.
